研究目的：

1.得出血脂异常的手部特征； 2.分析血脂异常手部特征与中医证候相关性； 3.分析血脂异常手部特征与西医分型相关性。

Objectives of Study：

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）符合血脂异常西医诊断标准和中医证候诊断标准，并获得知情同意书者，可纳入试验病例。 （2）年龄在30-60岁之间。 （3）自愿参加本研究，研究过程配合医生研究工作。 （4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who meet the Western medicine diagnostic criteria for dyslipidemia and the Chinese medicine diagnosis criteria for syndromes, and who have obtained informed consent, can be included in the trial; (2) Be between 30 and 60 years old; (3) Volunteer to participate in this study and cooperate with doctors in the research process; (4) Signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.采集项目不完整，大于20%者。 2.严重出血及感染性疾病，严重疾病终末期患者。严重肝肾功 能不良者。 3.严重出血及感染性疾病，严重疾病终末期患者。 4.外力作用导致手部皮肤粗糙难以辨认者。 5.引起手部变形、皮损、颜色异常类疾病如类风湿性关节炎、湿疹、白癜风、正中神经损伤等。 6.孕妇或哺乳期妇女，精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The collection items are incomplete, greater than 20%. 2. Patients with severe bleeding and infectious diseases, and in the terminal stage of serious diseases. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction. 3. Patients with severe bleeding and infectious diseases, and in the terminal stage of serious diseases. 4. the external force causes the hand skin to be rough and difficult to recognize. 5. cause hand deformation, skin lesions, color abnormalities such as rheumatoid arthritis, eczema, vitiligo, median nerve injury, etc. 6. Pregnant or lactating women, patients with mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1、采用索尼RX100Ⅱ（如图1）、PULUZ微型摄影棚（如图2）进行图像采集，依据RGB色板进行手部颜色定性，图像采集由经过训练的一位医师完成。 2、将数据整理并双人双录入Epidata3.1中，并进行核验清理，通过Excel导入R3.6.2统计软件进行统计分析。本研究采用病例-对照研究设计，收集2019年02月-09月东城中医医院、广安中医门诊部行血生化检查的190例患者，其中血脂异常组124例，血脂正常组66例。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Sony RX100Ⅱ (as shown in Figure 1) and Puluz miniature studio (as shown in Figure 2) were used for image acquisition. Qualitative hand color was performed according to RGB color plate, and image acquisition was completed by a trained physician. 2. The data was collated and double-entered into EpiData3.1, checked and cleaned, and imported into the statistical software R3.6.2 by Excel for statistical analysis. In this study, 190 patients who underwent blood biochemical examination in Dongcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guang 'an Outpatient Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to September 2019 were collected, including 124 patients in the dyslipidemia group and 66 patients in the normal lipidemia group.
