研究目的：

主要目的：采用诊断性试验设计，系统、客观、科学地分析气色形态手诊法诊断冠心病的特异性和敏感性，为气色形态手诊法的推广应用提供证据。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To adopt a diagnostic test design to systematically, objectively and scientifically analyze the specificity and sensitivity of the manual diagnosis method of color morphology to provide evidence for the popularization and application of the color morphology manual diagnosis method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄在40岁以上； 2.冠脉CT或冠脉造影明确诊断冠心病，或1年内进行过冠脉CT造影检测； 3.自愿参加本研究，研究过程配合医生研究工作； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged over 40 years; 2. Coronary CT or coronary angiography has a clear diagnosis of coronary heart disease, or coronary CT angiography has been performed within 1 year; 3. Volunteer to participate in this research, the research process cooperates with the doctor's research work; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.饮酒、过敏、染色导致手部颜色变化者； 2.急危重症，如急性心肌梗死、急性脑血管病、重度疼痛、严重出血及感染性疾病，严重疾病终末期等，出现手部苍白，影响手部颜色观察者； 3.外力作用导致手部皮肤粗糙难以辨认者； 4.引起手部变形、皮损、颜色异常类疾病如类风湿性关节炎、湿疹、白癜风、正中神经损伤等； 5.精神疾病患者； 6.正参加其他临床研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Drinking, allergies, and dyeing cause the color of the hands to change; 2. Acute and critical illness, such as acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebrovascular disease, severe pain, severe hemorrhage and infectious diseases, severe end-stage disease, etc., the appearance of the hand pale, which affects the hand color observer; 3. The skin of the hands is rough and difficult to recognize due to external force; 4. Diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, eczema, vitiligo, and median nerve injury caused by hand deformity, skin lesions, and abnormal color; 5. Patients with mental illness; 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.

气色形态手诊法诊断冠心病临床研究方案

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

采用冠脉造影或冠脉CT检测，出现主要血管包括左主干(Left main, LM)、左前降支（ Left anterior esendingarrery，LAD）、左回旋支（Left circumflex artery，LCX）、右冠状动脉（Right coronary artery，RCA），以上任一支血管病变狭窄≥50%，可诊断为冠心病。

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

1.大拇指根部中心区域，可见一明显的质地较硬的、扭曲的血管凸起； 2.左右心区出现红色或者棕色的斑点。

Index test:

Detected by coronary angiography or coronary CT, the main blood vessels include the left main (Left main, LM), left anterior esendingarrery (LAD), left circumflex artery (LCX), and right coronary artery (Right Coronary artery, RCA), any of the above-mentioned vascular lesions with stenosis >=50%.
