研究目的：

观察基于“治未病”理论应用固元灸联合穴位埋线对桥本甲状腺炎亚临床甲减期患者的干预效果。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Guyuan moxibustion combined with thread-embedding acupuncture in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism of Hashimoto's thyroiditis based on the theory of pre-disease treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合桥本氏甲状腺炎及亚临床甲减西医诊断标准； ②年龄：18岁～65岁,男女不限； ③1个月内未接受甲状腺激素制剂、免疫调节剂或其他方法治疗本病者； ④自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the Western diagnostic criteria of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and subclinical hypothyroidism; ② Age: 18 to 65 years old, male or female; ③ Patients who have not received thyroid hormone preparations, immune modulators or other methods for the treatment of the disease within 1 month; ④ Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； ②过敏体质及既往有明确相关外治药物过敏者； ③合并重大器质性疾病，如严重肝肾疾病、心血管疾病及感染患者； ④中枢性甲减、病毒性亚急性甲状腺炎、产后甲状腺炎恢复期、曾接受甲亢治疗（放射性碘疗和甲状腺次全切）及药物引起亚临床甲状腺功能减退症者； ⑤患有精神或心理疾病，不能配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnant or lactating women; ② Allergic constitution and previous clear related to external drug allergy; ③ Patients with major organic diseases, such as serious liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases and infections; ④ Central hypothyroidism, viral subacute thyroiditis, postpartum thyroiditis convalescence, hyperthyroidism treatment (radioiodine therapy and subtotal thyroidectomy) and drug induced subclinical hypothyroidism; ⑤ Those who suffer from mental or psychological diseases and cannot cooperate with treatment.
