研究目的：

研究围绕“得气通过增强经穴体表能量代谢，从而促进针刺疗效”假说，在前期研究证实得气促进三阴交镇痛效应的基础上，观察得气与否两种状态下经穴体表能量代谢的差异，即红外热像温度和微循环血流灌注量的差异，进一步探讨得气客观量化的方法和其促进三阴交镇痛效应的内在机制。

Objectives of Study：

The research revolves around the hypothesis that ''Deqi promotes the efficacy of acupuncture by enhancing energy metabolism on the surface of meridians and acupoints'', on the basis of previous studies confirming that Deqi promotes the analgesic effect of Sanyinjiao, the differences in energy metabolism on the body surface of meridians in the two states of Deqi or not were observed, that is, the difference of infrared thermal imaging temperature and microcirculation blood perfusion, and further explore the method of objective quantification of Deqi and its internal mechanism of promoting the analgesic effect of Sanyinjiao.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合原发性痛经及寒湿凝滞证的诊断标准； 2.年龄18岁-30岁未育妇女； 3.月经周期基本正常（28±7天）； 4.病程6个月～15年； 5.连续3个月经周期的平均疼痛程度（疼痛VAS量表评分）≧40mm； 6.能够正确地描述本人意愿，自愿填写知情同意书，同意参加临床受试者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea and cold-damp stagnation syndrome; 2. Childless women aged 18-30 years; 3. The menstrual cycle is basically normal (28±7 days); 4. The course of disease is 6 months to 15 years; 5. The average pain level of 3 consecutive menstrual cycles (Pain VAS scale score) >= 40mm; 6. Be able to correctly describe my wishes, voluntarily fill in the informed consent form, and agree to participate in clinical subjects.

排除标准：

1.合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者、糖尿病患者、哮喘患者； 2.病史及其它检查，不排除其它疑似疾病者； 3.妊娠、准备妊娠妇女； 4.操作及检测穴位局部皮肤有破损、瘢痕等情况者； 5.据研究者判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其它病变或情况者（如工作环境经常变动、生活环境不稳定等易造成失访的情况）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems, as well as mental patients, diabetes patients, and asthma patients; 2. Medical history and other examinations, other suspected diseases are not excluded; 3. Patients who are pregnant or preparing to become pregnant; 4. Those who operate and detect the local skin of the acupoints with damage, scars, etc.; 5. According to the investigator's judgment, there are other diseases or conditions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment (such as frequent changes in the working environment, unstable living environment, etc., which are likely to cause loss to follow-up).
