研究目的：

本研究拟探讨渐进性肌肉放松训练联合音乐疗法对造血干细胞移植期间患者心理及生理方面的影响，以期为缓解造血干细胞移植期间患者心理及生理状况提供科学依据与实践指导。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effects of progressive muscle relaxation training combined with music therapy on the psychological and physiological aspects of patients during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in order to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for relieving the psychological and physiological conditions of patients during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）经临床诊断确诊为血液系统恶性肿瘤并拟行HSCT的患者；2）年龄≥18岁；3）意识清楚，具有良好的沟通能力，能配合完成问卷；4）知晓本次研究并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients who are clinically diagnosed with hematological malignancies and plan to undergo HSCT; 2) Age ≥18 years old; 3) Clear consciousness good communication skills able to cooperate with the completion of questionnaires; 4) Know about this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）合并其他严重器质性疾病；2）精神障碍、认知障碍、读写能力障碍者；3）患有过精神疾病或近期服用过精神类药物者；4）疾病进展严重导致无法参与者；5）研究过程中患者因其他原因而自行退出者；6）研究过程中死亡的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Other serious organic diseases; 2) Mental disorders cognitive disorders literacy disabilities; 3) Those who have suffered from mental illness or have recently taken psychiatric drugs; 4) Disease progression is so severe that participants are unable to participate; 5) Patients who withdrew due to other reasons during the study; 6) Patients who died during the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据采集:在有知情同意的情况下由经过统一培训的研究人员进行采集。本研究造血干细胞移植患者数据来造血干细胞移植室的病例记录表及课题组自制的问卷调查：其中包括个人基本信息、临床相关资料、7项广泛性焦虑障碍量表、9项患者健康问卷、 血压、心率和细胞因子的检测。 2、数据管理:数据记录人员经统一培训后对试验数据进行规范、完整、准确地记录，并按照标准化数据库管理数据，对数据进行严格的质量控制。试验数据采集后由双人背靠背录入双份，若录入不一致，对原始数据核对后再录入正确数据。数据录入校对等完成后生成SPSS等数据库文件。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data collection: collection by uniformly trained researchers with informed consent. In this study the patient data of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were collected from the case record table of the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation room and the questionnaire made by the research group including basic personal information clinical relevant data 7 items of generalized anxiety disorder scale 9 items of patient health questionnaire blood pressure heart rate and cytokine detection. 2. Data management: After unified training the data recorder records the test data in a standardized complete and accurate manner and conducts strict quality control of the data according to the standardized database management data. After the test data collection two people will record two copies back-to-back. If the input is inconsistent the original data will be checked and the correct data will be recorded. After data entry and proofreading are completed SPSS and other database files are generated.
