研究目的：

1.明确整合针灸方案治疗缺血性脑卒中后抑郁的有效性及安全性，形成可推广的脑卒中后抑郁的中医康复方案。 2.借助神经心理学的经典范式客观化度量整合针灸的临床疗效与大脑执行控制系统功能活动之间的关系，探讨整合针灸通过提高认知功能治疗脑卒中后抑郁的可能机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the efficacy and safety of integrating acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of ischemic post-stroke depression, and to form a popularized Chinese medicine rehabilitation program for post-stroke depression. 2. Using the classical paradigm of neuropsychology to objectively measure the relationship between the clinical efficacy of integrated acupuncture and the functional activities of the executive control system of the brain, and to explore the possible mechanism of integrated acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression by improving cognitive function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁； 2.符合脑卒中和抑郁障碍的诊断标准； 3.17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分＞7分、＜24分； 4.未系统服用抗抑郁药物的患者； 5.签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and depression; 3. 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale score > 7 points, < 24 points; 4. Patients who are not systematically taking antidepressants; 5. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in this researcher.

排除标准：

1.处于脑卒中急性期，生命体征不稳者； 2.经专科医生评估有明显的自杀倾向者； 3.既往诊断有严重的抑郁障碍、认知障碍、精神分裂症、躁郁症、物质滥用或其他精神障碍类疾病； 4.脑卒中后严重功能障碍，或有严重的心、肝、肾等内科疾病或肿瘤者； 5.既往3月内有参与中医针灸、中药等相关疗法的试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are in the acute stage of stroke and whose vital signs are unstable; 2. Those who have obvious suicidal tendencies as assessed by specialists; 3. Previously diagnosed with severe depressive disorder, cognitive impairment, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse or other mental disorders; 4. Severe functional impairment after stroke, or severe heart, liver, kidney and other medical diseases or tumors; 5. Those who have participated in the trials of TCM acupuncture, TCM and other related therapies within the past 3 months.

为保证组间的均衡性，委托河南中医药大学非课题组成员的第三方负责随机，对随机分配方案进行隐藏。随机分配方案采用 SAS 统计分析系统的PROCPLAN 过程生成，对符合纳入标准的病人，按1:1比例分为两组，各组样本量分别为32例、32例。各临床研究中心严格按照纳入标准和排除标准筛选病例，确定为可以纳入的合格病例后，电话至该试验员，由其告之随机号码及分组信息，直到完成总观察病例数后结束试验。
