研究目的：

研究中医药在儿童重症支原体肺炎的治疗作用，尤其是缓解临床症状、改善脏腑功能、扶正祛邪、改善免疫紊乱状态、减少闭塞性细支气管炎等后遗症等方面的作用。

Objectives of Study：

Study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, especially in alleviating clinical symptoms, improving organ function, supporting the body and eliminating pathogens, improving immune disorders, and reducing sequelae such as obstructive bronchiolitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合西医重症支原体肺炎和中医痰热闭肺证诊断标准，年龄5-18岁； 2.患儿家属详细知晓本研究意义，同时愿意配合本研究实施。

Inclusion criteria

Meets the diagnostic criteria for Western medicine severe Mycoplasma pneumonia and traditional Chinese medicine phlegm heat closed lung syndrome, aged 5-18 years old; The family members of the affected child are fully aware of the significance of this study and are willing to cooperate with its implementation.

排除标准：

1.有严重并发症如中毒性脑病、心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭者； 2.合并有免疫系统、血液系统、神经系统疾病、先天性遗传代谢病、肿瘤疾病患者； 3. 对本研究所用药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with serious complications such as toxic encephalopathy, heart failure, and respiratory failure; Patients with combined immune system, blood system, nervous system diseases, congenital genetic metabolic diseases, and tumor diseases; Individuals who are allergic to the drugs used in this study.

本研究采用随机对照临床试验，选择北京儿童医院住院治疗的重症支原体肺炎患儿，按随机数字表法分为中西医结合治疗试验组和西医对照组两组，进行临床试验研究。

This study used a randomized controlled clinical trial to select children with severe Mycoplasma pneumonia who were hospitalized at Beijing Children's Hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method: a combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment trial group and a Western medicine control group. The clinical trial was conducted.
