研究目的：

通过对比试验研究，明确中药薰蒸和口服中药汤剂两种方法对肝郁脾虚型亚健康状态患者的临床表现、免疫学指标的影响，探讨中药薰蒸调节亚健康的作用机制，探索一种安全无创、经济有效、绿色环保、患者易于接受的干预亚健康状态的新模式，以期为临床中药干预亚健康状态提供科学、客观的依据。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of herbal fumigation and oral administration of herbal decoction on the clinical manifestations and immunological indexes of patients with liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency Sub-optimal health through comparative studies, to explore the mechanism of Chinese herbal fumigation in regulating sub-health, and to explore a safe, non-invasive, cost-effective, green, and patient-friendly intervention Sub-optimal health, in order to provide a scientific and objective basis for clinical intervention of Chinese Sub-optimal health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合亚健康及肝郁脾虚证诊断标准者；(2)年龄在18～65岁，性别不限；(3)研究对象自愿签署知情同意书，愿意且能够配合参加研究者；(4)整个病程没有在其它医院或场所接受过与本研究相类似干预措施。(5)中医证候评分>14分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) those who meet the diagnostic criteria of sub-health and liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome; (2) those who are between 18 and 65 years old and of any gender; (3) those who are willing and able to cooperate with the participants of the study voluntarily sign the informed consent form; (4) no similar interventions were received in other hospitals or sites during the whole course of the disease. (5) TCM syndrome score & GT. 14.

排除标准：

(1)传染性皮肤病或皮肤过敏患者；(2)被内科、妇科确诊的更年期综合症患者；(3)由于主观或客观原因造成不能接受中药汤剂或中药薰蒸调治者；(4)合并有严重心血管、脑血管、高血压等原发性疾病患者、有精神病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with infectious dermatosis or skin allergy, (2) patients with climacteric syndrome diagnosed by internal medicine or gynecology, (3) patients who can not accept Chinese herbal decoction or Chinese herbal fumigation because of subjective or objective reasons; (4) patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hypertension and other primary diseases, and those with a history of mental disorders.
