Objectives of Study:
|
Surface electromyography equipment was used to clarify the differences in the myoelectric characteristics of the core muscle groups of patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain and fitness Qigong athletes, and at the same time monitored the heart rate and the electromyoelectric characteristics of the core muscle groups during the practice of baduanjin by fitness qigong athletes, clarified the differences in exercise intensity between the two versions of eight duanjin, and analyzed and optimized the action elements of eight duanjin. From the perspective of transient tendon line, the mechanism of action of baduanjin on chronic non-specific low back pain was discussed, and the action elements of eight-dan brocade for the recruitment of core muscle group muscle fibers in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain were determined, laying the foundation for the design of subsequent exercise prescriptions.

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic nonspecific low back pain:
Adopt the "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain in China" (2016 Edition) to formulate clinical diagnostic criteria:
(1) Pain at the site of the onset, mostly sore and uncomfortable, muscle stiffness and stagnation, or a feeling of heavy pressure, falling, waist heaviness. Symptoms worsen in the morning or after weather changes and colds, but the pain is reduced after activity, and often recurrent attacks. Bending down to work is difficult, bending over a little longer will aggravate the pain, often like to use both hands to beat the waist to reduce the pain.
(2) Physical examination: there is no abnormality in the shape of the waist, and the pitching activity is more barrier-free. Sometimes subcutaneously palpable myofascial tension, a small number of patients have slightly limited lumbar movement and tenderness, mostly at the sacral spinous muscle, the sacral spinous muscle stop point behind the sacrum, or the posterior part of the iliac crest, the lumbar transverse process, the gap between the spinous process, or the supracous ligament.
(3) Persistent or intermittent low back pain lasting more than 3 months.
(4) Necessary imaging tests (X-ray, CT, MRI) and biochemical tests to exclude low back pain caused by tumors, infections, fractures, and other causes;
2. Inclusion criteria:
2.1. Patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain
(1) 18 years old≤ age ≤70 years;
(2) 18≤ BMI≤25;
(3) those who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic nonspecific low back pain;
(4) Low back pain that occurs within 3 months, is currently in the period of low back pain relief, VAS ≤3 points;
(5) Normal intelligence, able to communicate and understand the scale normally.
(6) Subjects are willing to participate in this test and sign an informed consent form.
2.2.Fitness Qigong athletes: Beijing Sport University and Capital Institute of Physical Education major students and Beijing University Fitness Qigong team athletes (fitness Qigong Eight Duan Jin practice for 2 years (inclusive)), Beijing Fitness Qigong instructor (instructor above level 2) (proficiency in the general edition of the Eight Duan Jin movements).
(1) 18 years old≤ age ≤70 years;
(2)18≤ BMI≤25;
(3) no disease of the musculoskeletal system;
(4) No history of neck, shoulder, waist, abdomen, hip and ankle surgery;
(5) No pain experience in the past 3 months, no antipyretic analgesics, sedative and hypnotic drugs;
