研究目的：

观察针刺促进剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的作用，并探讨其可能机制，为初步评价其临床疗效提供证据

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of acupuncture on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section, and to explore its possible mechanism to provide evidence for preliminary evaluation of its clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在22-40岁； （2）手术方式采用子宫下段剖宫产，麻醉方式选用腰硬联合麻醉； (3) 术后使用镇痛泵； （4）同意接受治疗并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 22 to 40 years; (2) Cesarean section was performed in the lower segment of uterus and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia was used in anesthesia; (3) Postoperative use of analgesic pump; (4) agree to receive treatment and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）术前合并胃肠疾病，如慢性胃炎、结肠炎、肠结核、肠易激综合征等； （2）合并有严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾疾病； （3）麻醉方式为全麻者； （4）术后未放置镇痛泵者； （5）产后大出血者； (6) 术中发现粘连严重者； (7) 由于采用某种其它方法，影响疗效评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Preoperative gastrointestinal diseases, such as chronic gastritis, colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.; (2) Complicated with serious heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases; (3) General anesthesia was used; (4) No analgesic pump was placed after operation; (5) Postpartum hemorrhage; (6) Severe adhesions were found during operation; (7) The use of some other method affects the assessor of efficacy.
