研究目的：

通过开展临床多中心、实效性随机对照试验研究中医外治法干预儿童社区获得性肺炎有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods in intervening in community-acquired pneumonia in children through conducting clinical multicenter effective randomized controlled trials.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合CAP西医诊断及中医辨证标准者； （2）年龄在1～14岁； （3）同意按照试验方案的要求配合用药和接受评估； （4）必须征得受试者的法定监护人的知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书；当受试者能做参加临床试验决定时，还必须征得受试者本人的同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the criteria for Western medicine diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine differentiation in CAP; (2) Age range from 1 to 14 years old; (3) Agree to cooperate with medication and undergo evaluation according to the requirements of the experimental protocol; (4) The informed consent of the legal guardian of the subject must be obtained and a voluntary informed consent form must be signed; When participants are able to make decisions to participate in clinical trials their consent must also be obtained.

排除标准：

（1）明确对试验药品或其制剂成份过敏，或过敏体质者； （2）合并肺炎并发症（脓胸、脓气胸、肺大泡等）、重症肺炎； （3）合并严重心、肝、肾、消化及血液造血系统等严重原发病，以及精神病患者； （4）3个月内参加过临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals who are allergic to the experimental drug or its formulation ingredients or have an allergic constitution; (2) Complications of combined pneumonia (empyema pneumothorax pulmonary bullae etc.) severe pneumonia; (3) Merge severe primary diseases such as heart liver kidney digestive and hematopoietic systems as well as psychiatric patients; (4) Individuals who have participated in clinical trials within the past three months.
