研究目的：

基于颅脑磁共振弥散张量成像技术，从皮质脊髓束损伤程度评价的角度，探讨肾虚髓亏证与急性缺血性脑卒中运动神经功能缺损程度相关性及可能机制，以判定缺血性脑卒中的预后，为泛髓假说在急性缺血性脑卒中中的应用奠定依据，并进一步为缺血性脑卒中预后的判断提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

Based on diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), from the evaluation of the degree of injury of corticospinal tract, the study explore the correlation and possible mechanism between kidney deficiency and motor neurological function deficit in acute ischemic stroke, so as to determine the prognosis of ischemic stroke, to lay a foundation for the application of Fansui hypothesis in acute ischemic stroke, and further for provideing a reference of the prognosis of ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合缺血性脑卒中中西医诊断标准。 （2）缺血性脑卒中急性期患者。 （3）年龄均为40-80岁患者。 （4）常规MRI扫描除病灶外，无其他异常信号区域。 （5）无脑及脊髓疾病病史。

Inclusion criteria

1. It met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for ischemic stroke; 2. Patients with acute ischemic stroke; 3. All patients aged 40 to 80 years old; 4. Conventional MRI scan showed no abnormal signal areas except lesions; 5. There was no history of brain and spinal cord diseases.

排除标准：

（1）未经颅脑CT或MRI确诊。 （2）经颅脑CT或MRI确诊有多发梗塞灶或双侧梗塞灶患者者。 （3）其他类神经系统疾病引起的运动障碍性疾病者（如帕金森病及综合症、脑肿瘤、肝豆状核变性）。 （4）确诊为出血性脑卒中和短暂性脑缺血发作。 （5）合并严重的内科疾病（如心、肝、肾等重要器官衰竭、房颤、肺栓塞）。 （6）合并意识昏迷、痴呆、植物状态或精神异常者。 （7）严重高血压（收缩压≥180mmHg或舒张压≥110mmHg）、高血压脑病、糖尿病酮症酸中毒者。 （8）体内有固定金属、假牙、金属异物或心脏起搏器者。 图像质量较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The diagnosis was not confirmed by CT or MRI; (2) Patients with multiple or bilateral infarctions confirmed by CT or MRI; (3) Motor disorders caused by other nervous system diseases (such as Parkinson's disease and syndrome, brain tumors, hepatolenticular degeneration); (4) The diagnosis was hemorrhagic stroke and transient ischemic attack; (5) Combined with serious medical diseases (such as heart, liver, kidney and other important organ failure, atrial fibrillation, pulmonary embolism); (6) Patients with coma of consciousness, dementia, vegetative state or mental disorder; (7) Severe hypertension (SBP >=180mmHg or DBP >=110mmHg), hypertensive encephalopathy, diabetic ketoacidosis; (8) There are fixed metal, denture, metal foreign body or pacemaker in the body; (9) Low quality of image.
