研究目的：

前期针对退行性骨关节炎患者的康复需求，硏制出康复外骨骼机器人等相关训练评估系统和传统运动训练与治疗系统等，实现康复运动自适应调节、参数实时反馈、康复任务个性订制与评估、虚拟训练场景等，为建立康复评价与训练的规范与标准和建立基于多信息系统整合技术的中医康复大数据平台并开展示范应用奠定基础。而后开展针刺结合新型康复设备与针刺结合传统康复训练对于退行性骨关节炎的临床研究与疗效评价，以验证该新型中医康复设备能有效改善退行性骨关节炎的症状，提高膝关节活动能力。

Objectives of Study：

In the early stage, according to the rehabilitation needs of patients with degenerative osteoarthritis, relevant training evaluation systems such as Rehabilitation Exoskeleton robots and traditional sports training and treatment systems were developed to realize adaptive adjustment of rehabilitation sports, real-time feedback of parameters, personalized customization and evaluation of rehabilitation tasks, virtual training scenes, etc, It lays a foundation for the establishment of norms and standards for rehabilitation evaluation and training, the establishment of TCM rehabilitation big data platform based on multi information system integration technology and demonstration application. Then carry out the clinical research and efficacy evaluation of acupuncture combined with new rehabilitation equipment and acupuncture combined with traditional rehabilitation training for degenerative osteoarthritis, so as to verify that the new traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation equipment can effectively improve the symptoms of degenerative osteoarthritis and improve the activity ability of knee joint.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准；②年龄40-75岁，性别不限；③未参加其它正在进行的临床研究；④患者本人签署或由其直系亲属代签知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。注：同时符合以上4项的患者，方可纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; ② Age 40-75 years old, regardless of gender; ③ Did not participate in other ongoing clinical studies; ④ The patient signed the informed consent form or signed by his immediate family on his behalf, and volunteered to participate in the study. Note: patients who meet the above four items at the same time can be included in this study.

排除标准：

①合并半月板撕裂伴严重绞索、膝关节肿瘤、类风湿、结核、化脓及急性损伤者；②患有湿疹等严重皮肤病或膝关节局部皮肤有破损者；③患有严重心血管疾病或严重肝肾功能不足者； ④孕妇及哺乳期妇女；⑤体内有金属植入物者；⑥有口服塞来昔布胶囊禁忌症者。注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with meniscus tear, severe strangulation, knee tumor, rheumatoid, tuberculosis, suppuration and acute injury; ② Suffering from severe skin diseases such as eczema or local skin damage of knee joint; ③ Patients with severe cardiovascular disease or severe liver and kidney insufficiency; ④ Pregnant and lactating women; ⑤ There are metal implants in the body; ⑥ Contraindications to oral celecoxib capsules. Note: patients who meet any of the above conditions are excluded.
