研究目的：

本研究采用随机对照的临床试验设计，于2021年11月-2022年3月采取公开招募的方法，于社会及幼儿园以胃肠积热儿童为研究对象，知情同意下，将116例儿童按照区组随机化法分为免煎颗粒组（免煎颗粒+健康宣教）和健康宣教组（健康宣教手册）。观察两组胃肠积热儿童干预前后的胃肠积热评分变化情况以及呼吸道感染的发病次数、持续时间、抗生素使用情况、幼儿园缺勤等情况.

Objectives of Study：

This research adopts randomized controlled clinical trial design, in November 2021 - March 2022 through open recruitment methods, to the society and kindergarten children who has accumulated heat in stomach and intestine as the research object, informed consent, 116 cases of children according to the area randomization method is divided into free Fried group (exemption decoct particles + health education) and health education group (health education handbook). The changes of gastrointestinal fever score before and after intervention as well as the incidence, duration, antibiotic use and kindergarten absence of respiratory tract infection in the two groups were observed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合胃肠积热诊断标准，量表评分＞11； （2）3周岁≤年龄≤5周岁者； （3）急性呼吸道感染治愈1周以上； （4）既往冬季呼吸道感染*次数≥3次； （5）法定监护人签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。 （*呼吸道感染包括：普通感冒、急性鼻窦炎、中耳炎、咽炎、扁桃体咽炎、喉炎、会厌炎、急性气管支气管炎、毛细支气管炎和肺炎） 注：同时符合以上5项的患者，方可纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) It met the diagnostic criteria of accumulated heat in stomach and intestine, and the scale score was > 11; (2) Aged 3 - 5; (3) acute respiratory tract infection has been cured for more than 1 week; (4) Previous winter respiratory tract infections * ≥3 times; (5) The legal guardian signs an informed consent and voluntarily participates in this study. (* Respiratory infections include: common cold, acute sinusitis, otitis media, pharyngitis, tonsil pharyngitis, laryngitis, epiglottitis, acute tracheobronchitis, bronchiolitis and pneumonia) Note: Patients who meet the above 5 criteria at the same time can be included in this study.

排除标准：

（1）既往诊断由器质性、先天性呼吸道病变所导致的反复呼吸道感染； （2）原发性自身免疫缺陷患儿； （3）合并有心血管系统、神经系统、泌尿生殖系统、消化系统和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患儿； （4）唐氏综合症患儿； （5）入组前3个月内接受过较为长期( ＞1 周) 免疫调节剂治疗的儿童；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Recurrent respiratory tract infection caused by organic or congenital respiratory tract lesions was previously diagnosed; (2) children with primary autoimmune deficiency; (3) children with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular system, nervous system, genitourinary system, digestive system and hematopoietic system and psychosis; (4) Children with Down syndrome; (5) children who received long-term immunomodulator treatment (> 1 week) within 3 months before enrollment; (6) Children allergic to any component of the study drug.
