研究目的：

评价一周三次自我穴位按摩加一次针灸治疗，是否不差于一周两次针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效，及探讨其可能的生物力学机制。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether three times a week self-administered acupressure with acupuncture once a week is not inferior to acupuncture twice a week in the treatment efficacy of knee osteoarthritis and to explore possible biomechanical mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄在40岁（含40岁）至80岁（含80岁）之间；②能够理解中文；③在0-10分NRS疼痛量表中，膝关节疼痛≥3分；④拥有与微信兼容的智能手机或者可以正确书写中文（或共同生活的家庭成员拥有智能手机）；⑤受试者自愿加入本研究，愿意提供知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① aged between 40 (including 40) and 80 (including 80); ② able to understand Chinese; ③ knee pain ≥ 3 on the 0-10 point NRS pain scale; ④ having a smartphone compatible with WeChat or being able to write Chinese correctly (or a family member living together having a smartphone); ⑤ subjects voluntarily enrolled in this study and willing to provide informed consent.

排除标准：

1)有酗酒或滥用药物等病史，无法积极参与；2)膝关节疼痛与其他疾病（癌症、骨折、类风湿性关节炎、风湿病等）有关；3)蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）得分小于22分；4)体重指数（BMI）超过 30；5)治疗部位出现皮肤损伤或感染；6)曾进行膝关节置换手术；7)怀孕或考虑怀孕；8)在过去3个月内曾接受过穴位按摩或类固醇注射。

Exclusion criteria：

1) having a history of medical conditions such as alcohol or drug abuse that do not allow active participation; 2) having knee pain associated with other medical conditions (cancer bone fracture rheumatoid arthritis rheumatism etc.); 3) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of less than 22; 4) body mass index (BMI) of more than 30; 5) having a skin lesion or infection at the site of treatment; 6) knee replacement surgery; 7) be pregnant or considering pregnancy; 8) received acupressure or steroid injections within the past 3 months.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由试验其中一个研究人员通过Excel表格产生随机数字，随机将受试者分为2组，使用不透光信封进行随机分配方案隐藏，按照患者筛选合格的入组顺序依次拆开信封，依据分组代码选择对应的治疗组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random numbers will be generated by one of the investigators of the trial through an Excel spreadsheet. Subjects will be randomly divided into 2 groups and the random assignment scheme will be concealed using opaque envelopes which are opened sequentially in the order in which the patients are screened and qualified for enrollment and the corresponding treatment group was selected on the basis of the grouping code.
