研究目的：

探讨针刺干预倒班工作睡眠障碍人群注意网络异常的神经机制。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the neural mechanisms of acupuncture on abnormal attention of shift work sleep disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

试验组入组标准：符合2005年美国睡觉障碍协会制定的睡眠障碍国际分类第2版中对倒班睡眠障碍的诊断标准；在北京安定医院注册工作的女性护士；年龄18-40 周岁之间，右利手，受教育年限10 年以上；连续规律值夜班1年以上，每周夜班数≥2 个； 健康受试者入组标准：12个月来睡眠相对规律；年龄18-40 周岁之间，右利手，受教育年限10 年以上；一年以来23点以后入睡的情况≤3次/月，一年以来夜班工作≤3 次/月；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of study group: meet the diagnostic criteria for shift work sleep disorder according to International Classification of Sleep Disorders (2nd Edition) by the American Sleep Disorders Association; female working at Beijing Anding Hospital; aged 18 to 40 years, right-handed; continuous regular night shift for at least 1 year, at least two shift work per week. Inclusion criteria of control group: relative regularity of sleep in the past 12 months; aged 18 to 40 years, right-handed; sleeping less than 3 times per month after 23 o'clock in the latest one year and night shift less than 3 times a month in the latest one year.

排除标准：

1. 合并心血管、高血压、消化、造血系统、肝、肾等严重原发性疾病者； 2. 精神病患者，过敏体质，易合并感染及出血者； 3. 孕妇、哺乳期及经期妇女； 4. 不能理解配合检查或有幽闭恐怖症等其他MRI 检查禁忌者； 5. 在MRI扫描中发现严重的头颅解剖结构不对称或有其他明确病变的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Being pregnant or lactation; 2. A history of neurologic or psychiatric disorders;any other health problems or poor physical conditions that may influence participation; 3. Any other brain structure damage or abnormalites identified by MRI examinations; 4. Any history of alcohol or drug dependency; 5. Any MRI contraindications

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据由研究者填写至病例报告表，研究协调员会定期检查保证数据的真实性和可靠性。病例报告表的数据再由专人录入电子数据库中，双人录入保证数据的可靠性。

The data were filled out by the researchers to the case report form, and the research coordinator regularly checked the authenticity and reliability of the data. The data of the case report form was then entered into the electronic database by the specially-aasigned person, and the reliability of the data was ensured by double entering.
