探讨剪切波弹性成像和功能性磁共振检查对干针治疗颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛评估作用，并观察干针治疗颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛后脑功能区的改变

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of shear wave elastography and functional magnetic resonance examination on dry acupuncture in the treatment of neck and shoulder myofascial pain, and to observe the changes of brain functional areas after dry acupuncture in the treatment of neck and shoulder myofascial pain

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

18-65岁； 诊断为颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛综合征者； 能够理解学习信息并提供书面的知情同意； 未怀孕者；

Inclusion criteria

18-65岁 诊断为颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛综合征者 能够理解学习信息并提供书面的知情同意； 未怀孕者； 50/5000 18-65 years old; Diagnosed as cervical and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome; Be able to understand learning information and provide written informed consent; Non-pregnant persons;

排除标准：

颈椎骨折、脱位、急性颈椎间盘突出； 结核、肿瘤及感染及各种肌肉疾病； 风湿病； 体重指数（BMI）大于25kg/m2； 资料不全影响检查判断；

Exclusion criteria：

Cervical vertebra fracture, dislocation, acute cervical disc herniation; Tuberculosis, neoplasms and infections and various muscular diseases; Rheumatism. Body mass index (BMI) > 25kg/m2; Incomplete data affect inspection judgment;
