研究目的：

本研究拟在大黄灌肠能够通过抑制中性粒细胞 NETs 生成从而改善脓毒症患者免疫抑制现象

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we proposed that rhubarb enemas could improve immunosuppression in sepsis patients by inhibiting the production of neutrophil NETs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁，小于80岁； 2.入住ICU患者； 3.符合脓毒症3.0诊断标准； 4.符合AGI诊断标准，且分级为I、II、III级； 5.患者或患者家属签署知情同意书并对调查配合且依从性好的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged more than 18 years old, less than 80 years old; 2. Patients admitted to ICU; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0; 4. M

排除标准：

1.消化道穿孔、肠梗阻、胃肠道术后及肠瘘等肠内营养禁忌证者； 2.AGI：IV级； 3.病情濒危，预计生存时间不足5d者； 4.免疫功能损伤或正在接受免疫治疗的患者； 5.孕妇； 6.正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with contraindications to enteral nutrition such as gastrointestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal surgery and intestinal fistula; 2. AGI: Class IV; 3. The disease is endangered and the expected survival time is less than 5 days; 4. Patients with impaired immune function or undergoing immunotherapy; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
