研究目的：

主要目的： 1.评估针灸治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效优势； 2.探索针灸对功能性消化不良患者脑功能活动的影响； 3.比较针灸对功能性消化不良患者脑功能调节作用的差异，进而阐述针灸对功能性消化不良的中枢调节机制。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To evaluate the clinical efficacy advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of functional dyspepsia; 2. To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on brain function in patients with functional dyspepsia; 3. To compare the differences of acupuncture and moxibustion on the regulation of brain function in patients with functional dyspepsia, and further elaborate the central regulation mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on functional dyspepsia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.20-40岁，右利手； 2.符合罗马IV功能性消化不良诊断标准； 3.经胃经检查排除胃十二指肠器质性疾病； 4.近15天未服用促胃肠动力药物； 5.未参与其他临床研究； 6.无核磁扫描禁忌症； 7.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 20 to 40 years, right-handed; 2. Meet the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional dyspepsia; 3. Exclude gastroduodenal organic diseases through gastric examination; 4. Not taking gastrointestinal motility drugs in the past 15 days; 5. Not participating in other clinical studies; 6. No contraindications to MRI scan; 7. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.意识不清，不能表达主观不适症状者及精神病患者； 2.合并心血管、肝、肾、消化、血液系统等严重原发性疾病者； 3.糖尿病血糖控制不满意者； 4.孕妇、哺乳期妇女及近半年内有妊娠计划者； 5.伴有严重的抑郁、焦虑症状者； 6.伴有严重痛经症状的女性患者； 7.伴有明显的头痛、偏头痛，头部外伤史者； 8.伴有幽闭恐惧症、体内金属移植、纹身等磁共振扫描禁忌症者； 9.近1个月内接受过针刺或艾灸治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with unclear consciousness and inability to express subjective discomfort symptoms and mentally ill patients; 2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive, blood system; 3. Those who are dissatisfied with diabetes blood sugar control; 4. Pregnant women, lactating women and those who have a pregnancy plan within the past six months; 5. Those with severe depression and anxiety symptoms; 6. Female patients with severe dysmenorrhea symptoms; 7. Those with a history of obvious headache, migraine, and head trauma; 8. Those with contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning such as claustrophobia, internal metal transplantation, tattoos, etc.; 9. Received acupuncture or moxibustion within the past 1 month.

1个独立的研究者使用PASS 15.0 将92例病人随机分为针刺组和艾灸组，随机结果保存在密封不透明的信封中，最后由治疗者打开信封，根据随机结果进行干预。

Eligible patients will be randomly allocated in a 1:1 ratio to the acupuncture or moxibustion group.An independent researcher who will not be involved in contact of patients generates the random sequence by PASS 15.0 (NCSS, LLC. 盲法：

研究遵照研究者、操作者、统计者三分离原则，由不知分组情况的第三方进行疗效评价，两名操作者分别进行所有被试的临床操作，独立的统计分析人员进行统计分析。

Blinding：

Acupuncturists will not be masked in this trial, but they will not participate in any outcome assessment process. All the outcome assessors and statisticians will be masked in randomization assignments and intervention during the whole study.
