研究目的：

本研究的目的在于观察远红外灸疗对高脂血症患者的临床疗效

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of far-infrared moxibustion therapy in patients with hyperlipidemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

观察组接受远红外灸疗干预。使用湖南慈辉医疗科技有限公司生产的远红外灸疗舱进行干预，受试者平躺位，将身体置于远红外舱中，对HLP患者的异常温度的部位连续干预40min，要求1次/天，3次/周，连续8周。对照组接受假远红外灸疗干预。其治疗方案与治疗组一致，区别仅在于仪器开启时不发射远红外线。此外，两组患者均接受治疗性生活方式改变，内容包括合理膳食、适度增加身体活动、控制体重、戒烟和限制饮酒等。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The observation group received far-infrared moxibustion therapy intervention. The intervention was carried out using a far-infrared moxibustion chamber produced by Hunan Cihui Medical Science and Technology Co. Ltd. The subjects lay in a supine position with their bodies placed inside the far-infrared chamber. Continuous intervention was applied for 40 minutes to the areas with abnormal temperature in patients with HLP at a frequency of once per day three times per week for a consecutive period of 8 weeks. The control group received sham far-infrared moxibustion therapy intervention. The treatment protocol was identical to that of the observation group with the only difference being that the instrument did not emit far-infrared rays when turned on. In addition both groups of patients received therapeutic lifestyle changes which included a reasonable diet moderate increase in physical activity weight control smoking cessation and limited alcohol consumption among others.

纳入标准：

①符合高脂血症诊断标准； ②年龄为18-80周岁； ③未同时使用调脂药物，或曾使用调脂药物但己停用一月及以上，且没有参加其他临床研宄者。 ④入选者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meeting the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemia; ② Aged between 18 and 80 years old; ③ Not concurrently using lipid-regulating medications or having previously used lipid-regulating medications but discontinued them for one month or longer and not participating in any other clinical studies. ④ Enrolled participants have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①由其他疾病（如肾病综合征、痛风、甲状腺机能减退、急慢性肝胆疾病及糖尿病等）引起的继发性高脂血症； ②合并肝、心、脑等严重原发性疾病； ③对远红外治疗过敏者； ④近6个月内接受过胆囊手术或胃肠道重大手术者。 ⑤依从性欠佳者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Secondary hyperlipidemia caused by other diseases (such as nephrotic syndrome gout hypothyroidism acute or chronic hepatobiliary diseases diabetes etc.); ② Complicated with severe primary diseases of the liver heart brain etc.; ③ Individuals allergic to far-infrared therapy; ④ Those who have undergone gallbladder surgery or major gastrointestinal surgery within the past 6 months; ⑤ Individuals with poor compliance.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用随机数字表法对入组的的受试者进行编号，采用随机信封的方法进行方案隐藏。按远红外线灸组（简称“观察组”），和假远红外线灸组（简称“对照组”）1:1的比例产生随机分组结果，随后制作随机卡片，放入不透光信封密封。根据纳入试验的先后顺序拆开信封，依照随机卡片上的提示进行分组。

The enrolled subjects were numbered using a random number table method and the study protocol was concealed using random envelopes. Random grouping results were generated in a 1:1 ratio between the far-infrared moxibustion group (referred to as the "observation group") and the sham far-infrared moxibustion group (referred to as the "control group"). Subsequently random cards were prepared and placed in opaque envelopes for sealing. The envelopes were opened in the order of subject enrollment and grouping was conducted according to the instructions on the random cards.
