研究目的：

探究益气调神针灸法对宫颈癌术后患者胃肠道功能紊乱的有效性

Objectives of Study：

Clinical observation on the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of Yiqi Tiaoshen on gastrointestinal dysfunction after cervical cancer operation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合上述西医及中医证候的诊断标准； ②宫颈癌手术后放化疗前； ③年龄25～65岁； ④手术过程顺利，术中未造成胃肠机械性损伤； ⑤签署知情同意书，依从性好、未参加其他疗法或药物临床试验的受试者。

Inclusion criteria

①Meets the diagnostic criteria of the above western medicine and TCM syndromes; ②Before radiotherapy and chemotherapy after cervical cancer surgery; ③Age between 25 to 65; ④The operation process was smooth and no gastrointestinal mechanical injury was caused during the operation ⑤Subjects who signed the informed consent form, had good compliance and did not participate in clinical trials of other therapies or drugs.

排除标准：

① 不符合上述西医及中医证候的诊断标准； ② 年龄小于25岁或大于65岁； ③ 术前相关检查表明有影响胃肠功能的相关疾病； ④ 精神异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

①It does not meet the diagnostic criteria of the above western medicine and TCM syndromes; ②Less than 25 years old or more than 65 years old; ③Preoperative examination showed that there were related diseases affecting gastrointestinal function; ④Psychopath.

由赖美连医师将拟纳入临床试验病例数顺序编号01～98号，采用中央随机化方法按1：1的比例将编号随机分为两组，即试验组与对照组，每组49例。 分组方法：临床试验实施时，按照受试者进入临床试验的顺序编号，接受与上述随机分组顺序编号对应的治疗方案。
