研究目的：

（1）基于中医理论构建失眠和舌诊相关的核心技术的大数据算法，搭建神经系统领域“云数字诊疗生态”模块；（2）将舌象深度特征与多导睡眠监测进行融合，建立基于融合特征的失眠的辅助辨证模型；（3）挖掘失眠及其不同证候的舌象客观化特征表达及其定量关系；（4）建立基于舌象的失眠症诊断及辅助辨证模型，搭建一体化诊疗平台。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Build a big data algorithm of core technologies related to insomnia and tongue diagnosis based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and build a "cloud digital diagnosis and treatment ecology" module in the field of nervous system; (2) Tongue depth features were integrated with polysomnography to establish an assisted syndrome differentiation model for insomnia based on fusion features; (3) To explore the relationship of tongue image objectified features of insomnia and its different syndroms; (4) Establish a diagnosis and auxiliary syndrome differentiation model for insomnia based on tongue image and build an integrated diagnosis and treatment platform.

为观察性研究，不涉及治疗方案。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This is an observational study not involving therapeutic regimen.

纳入标准：

①18岁≤年龄≤70岁； ②符合《睡眠障碍国际分类（第3版）》（ICSD-3）慢性失眠的诊断标准； ③匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）评分>7分； ④入组前1个月内未服用苯二氮䓬类等失眠药物； ⑤沟通无障碍，可配合完成疗效评价； ⑥签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

①18 years old ≤ age≤70 years old; ② Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders 3rd Edition (ICSD-3); ③ Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score >7; ④ did not take benzodiazepines and other insomnia drugs within 1 month before entering the group; ⑤ Communication barrier-free can cooperate with the completion of curative effect evaluation; ⑥ Sign the informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily.

排除标准：

①严重精神类疾病或器质性疾病； ②合并重要脏器功能障碍； ③因长期服用某些染色食物或药物而影响舌象者； ④舌体受伤或脑卒中等疾病致伸舌动作障碍、伸舌严重歪斜者； ⑤有严重认知障碍或精神异常等原因不能配合完成的患者； ⑥患者或其授权人不愿意签署书面知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

① Serious mental illness or organic disease; ② Combined with major organ dysfunction; ③The tongue image is affected by long-term use of certain dyed foods or drugs; ④Tongue injury or stroke and other diseases caused by tongue extension movement disorders extended tongue serious skew; ⑤Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental abnormality who can not cooperate with the completion of the project; ⑥ Patients or their authorized persons are unwilling to sign written informed consent.
