研究目的：

1.评价毫火针治疗功能性肛门痛（FAP）的有效性； 2.评价毫火针治疗功能性肛门痛的安全性； 3.为进一步毫火针治疗功能性肛门痛的双向调节机制奠定了基础。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of functional anal pain (FAP) with the milli-fire needle; 2. To evaluate the safety of the treatment of functional anal pain with milli-fire needle; 3. This study lays a foundation for the further bidirectional regulation mechanism of the treatment of functional anal pain with milli-fire needle.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合FAP的西医诊断标准； 2.符合FAP的中医诊断标准； 3.年龄在18-70岁之间； 4.未参与其他相关治疗； 5.患者自愿受试，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with FAP's western medical diagnostic criteria; 2. Comply with FAP's TCM diagnostic criteria; 3. Aged between 18-70 years; 4. Not participating in other related treatments; 5. The patient voluntarily takes the test and signs an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.妊娠、哺乳期及月经期妇女； 2.心、肝、肾和造血系统功能不良的患者； 3.容易引起过敏的患者； 4.精神病患者等不能进行配合、及其他难以对穴位埋线治疗的有效性和安全性做出准确评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women during pregnancy, lactation and menstruation; 2. Patients with dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Patients who are prone to allergies; 4. Mental patients who cannot cooperate, and others who have difficulty in accurately evaluating the effectiveness and safety of acupoint embedding therapy.
