研究目的：

通过耳穴干预前后进行fMRI扫描，比较耳穴干预前后的脑功能成像特点，以期了解耳穴干预气郁质的机制。 比较气郁质、平和质正常志愿者与抑郁症患者的脑功能特点

Objectives of Study：

Through fMRI scanning before and after auricular acupressure intervention, the characteristics of brain function imaging before and after auricular acupressure intervention were compared in order to understand the mechanism of auricular acupressure intervention in qi-stagnation. Comparison of Brain Function Characteristics between Normal Volunteers with Qi-stagnation Constitution and Patients with Depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①中医体质分型为气郁质（气郁质转化分≥40分）；②年龄在 18 ～ 23 岁；③饮食、睡眠基本正常，体重指数在18.5-23.9之间，不嗜烟酒茶咖啡（做磁共振前一晚绝对不允许）等；④右利手；⑤签署知情同意书，自愿接受试验者。

Inclusion criteria

① TCM constitution is divided into qi-stagnation (qi-stagnation transformation score ≥ 40 points); ② aged 18 ~ 23 years; ③ diet and sleep are basically normal, body mass index is between 18.5-23.9, and do not like tobacco, alcohol, tea and coffee (absolutely not allowed the night before MRI); ④ right-handed; ⑤ sign informed consent and voluntarily accept the test.

排除标准：

①经CT检查，发现脑部病变者；②兼有其他心、肾、肝疾病及肿瘤，且影响试验结果者；③同时接受经颅磁刺激治疗，或经颅直流电治疗，或脑电生物反馈治疗者；④同时接受药物等其他治疗者；⑤试验前1月内接受过耳穴治疗者；⑥目前或曾经被确诊为抑郁症患者；⑦对耳穴胶布过敏者；⑧体内有金属类物质；⑨有幽闭恐怖症，影响实验过程中的交流和操作者；⑩平时痛经者及孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

① Brain lesions were found by CT examination; ② Those who have other heart, kidney, liver diseases and tumors and affect the test results; ③ Those who received transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current therapy, or EEG biofeedback therapy at the same time; ④ Those who receive drugs and other treatments at the same time; ⑤ Those who received auricular therapy within 1 month before the test; ⑥ Patients who are or have been diagnosed with depression; ⑦ Allergic to ear point adhesive tape; ⑧ There are metal substances in the body; ⑨ Claustrophobia, which affects the communication and operator during the experiment; ⑩ Usually dysmenorrhea and pregnant women.

由统计人员用SPSS统计软件生成随机数字表，由与本研究无关的专人按随化数字表将对应的分组代码装入信封并密封（拆封后不可复原），耳穴操作医生依次纳入受试者，纳入时按顺序号拆开信封，按信封内分组代码将志愿者纳入耳穴组或假耳穴组，对此两组志愿者分别行两种治疗方案。
