研究目的：

本项目针对治疗原发性痛经，验证蔡氏妇科周期疗法结合清瘀温通法在临床中的应用，希望可以通过理论结合实践，在临床运用上取得一定研究基础。

Objectives of Study：

This project focuses on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea aiming to evaluate the clinical application of Cai's Gynecological Cyclic Therapy combined with Blood Stasis Removal and Meridian-Warming Therapy. Through theory-practice integration we seek to establish foundational research evidence for its clinical implementation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1: 符合本研究制定的西医、中医诊断标准以及中医辨证标准 2: 女性患者，年龄在 15-45 岁之间 3: 月经周期规律，在 28±7 天之间 4: 治疗前 1 个月内未使用过其他方式治疗本病 5: 自愿签署知情同意书；年龄未满 18 周岁的患者由法定监护人签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1: Comply with the diagnosis of Western medicine and Chinese medicine developed in this study 2: Female patients aged 15-45 years 3: Regular menstrual cycle between 28±7 days 4: No other form of treatment for the disease within 1 month prior to treatment 5: Voluntary informed consent; for patients under 18 years of age the legal guardian should sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1: 因盆腔器质性疾病导致经期腹痛的患者（如子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、盆腔感染等） 2: 对本研究所使用药物过敏者 3: 近一个月内参加其他药物临床试验，对本研究有干扰者 4: 合并有心脑血管、肝肾、血液等严重内外科疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients with menstrual abdominal pain due to organic pelvic disease (e.g. endometriosis adenomyosis pelvic infection) 2: Allergy to drugs used in this study 3: Participation in a clinical trial of another drug within the last month that interferes with this study 4: Combined cardiovascular cerebrovascular hepatic renal haematological and other serious medical and surgical diseases
