研究目的：

比较体育总局版八段锦和优化版八段锦对慢性非特异性腰痛的疗效，验证优化版八段锦的优效性。

Objectives of Study：

Compared the effect of baduan Jin of General Administration of Sport and optimized version on chronic non-specific lumbago, and verified the superior effect of optimized version baduan Jin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准： ①18 岁≤年龄≤70 岁； ②符合上述诊断标准且腰痛 VAS≤3分； ③无精神及神经障碍，可以正确理解量表。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① 18 ≤ 70; ② Meet the above diagnostic criteria and low back pain VAS ≤ 3 points; ③ No mental and neurological disorders, can correctly understand the scale.

排除标准：

3.排除标准： ①患有高血压，严重的心脑血管疾病，出血倾向、皮肤破损，传染性疾病； ②疑有或已确诊的椎体或椎管内肿瘤、结核及严重骨质疏松者； ③接受过腰椎手术治疗，或严重腰椎先天畸形者； ④妊娠或哺乳期妇女，过敏体质者； ⑤就诊前一周内接受过其它治疗方法者； ⑥前庭功能障碍、踝关节病变影响平衡者； ⑦对理解量表内容有困难者，无法判断自身疼痛程度者； ⑧体内含有磁性金属植入物和有幽闭恐惧症，影响MRI检查者。

Exclusion criteria: ① Suffering from hypertension, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, bleeding tendency, skin damage, infectious diseases; ② Suspected or confirmed vertebral or spinal tumor, tuberculosis and severe osteoporosis; (3) those who have received lumbar surgery or severe congenital deformity of lumbar spine; ④ pregnant or lactation women, allergic constitution; ⑤ Those who had received other treatment within one week before treatment; ⑥ Vestibular dysfunction and ankle joint lesions affect balance; ⑦ Those who had difficulty in understanding the content of the scale and could not judge their own pain degree; 8 contain magnetic metal implants and claustrophobia, affecting MRI examination.

中国中医科学院西苑医院GCP专职统计人员按入组顺序拟定100个研究对象的序号。为保证两组例数相等，使用随机数余数分组法将研究对象随机分配至优化版八段锦组（n=50例）和体总版八段锦（n=50例），并使用不透光信封保存随机分组方案，按入组顺序依次拆开信封，按照信封内的分配方案确定CNLBP患者的分组情况。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.1EDC 系统构建 本研究采用电子数据采集（Electronic data capture，EDC）系统，由数据管理 员根据研究方案、病例报告表构建电子病例报告表(eCRF)。EDC系统管理员根据研究者、监查员、稽查员等不同身份分别创建账号，根据使用人的不同角色设定相应的权限。 1.2 电子病例报告表的填写 数据录入由临床研究者或由研究者指定的数据录入员及时、准确地将受试者的数据录入 eCRF。录入要求双人录入，由系统开展差异校验，研究者须保证两次录入信息与原始 CRF 表完全一致，确保所有数据的准确性和完整性。
