研究目的：

本研究以轻中度痤疮患者为研究对象，采用中医针药联合物理疗法与单纯物理疗法对照，评估治疗期和治疗结束后12周痤疮综合分级系统（GAGS）评分、严重程度等级，监测不良反应，明确本疗法皮损改善程度、起效时间、疗效持续时长和安全性。预期本研究将为轻中度痤疮患者提供长效、安全的治疗方法。

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on patients with mild to moderate acne and compares traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with physical therapy with physical therapy alone. The comprehensive acne grading system (GAGS) score and severity level were evaluated during the treatment period and 12 weeks after treatment, and adverse reactions were monitored to determine the degree of improvement in skin lesions, onset time, duration of efficacy, and safety of this therapy. It is expected that this study will provide long-term and safe treatment methods for patients with mild to moderate acne.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄大于18岁，小于60岁； （2）符合痤疮诊断标准； （3）自愿填写知情同意书，同意参加临床试验。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Age over 18 years old and under 60 years old （2）Meets the diagnostic criteria for acne （3）Voluntarily fill out the informed consent form and agree to participate in the clinical trial

排除标准：

（1）除患有痤疮外,还患有可对本病情产生影响的任何其它疾病者； （2）最近1月内曾接受过痤疮药物治疗或物理治疗的患者； （3）在近1个月内因痤疮接受过如下的治疗措施者：中药、针、灸、罐及其他传统医学范围内的物理疗法处置者； （4）患有严重的其他系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Individuals who suffer from any other disease that can affect their condition, in addition to acne （2）Patients who have received acne medication or physical therapy within the past month （3）Those who have received the following treatment measures due to acne in the past one month: disposers of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping and other physiotherapy within the scope of traditional medicine （4）Suffering from serious other systemic diseases

由第三方通过SPSS软件产生随机号和组别，制作密封信封保存随机分配方案。按纳入病例的先后顺序根据信封内的分配方案入组，独立研究助理保存随机信封，治疗医师通过研究助理获得随机信封。

Generate random numbers and groups through SPSS software by a third party, and create sealed envelopes to save the random allocation plan. According to the allocation plan in the envelope, the patients were enrolled in the order of inclusion. The independent research assistant kept the random envelope, and the treating physician obtained the random envelope through the research assistant.
