研究目的：

主要目的： 1.在前期实验的基础上扩大临床样本量，从外周血、组织和分子水平探讨芍药甘草汤对斑秃患者HPA轴功能、T细胞亚群平衡以及相关细胞因子的调控作用； 2.建立应激斑秃小鼠模型，应用药物干预探讨芍药甘草汤的治疗斑秃的部分神经-内分泌-免疫机制，为斑秃的中药治疗提供新的客观证据。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.To expand the clinical sample size on the basis of the preliminary experiment, and to explore the regulation effect of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on the HPA axis function, T cell subgroup balance and related cytokines in patients with alopecia areata from the peripheral blood, tissue and molecular levels; 2.To establish stress In the mouse model of alopecia areata, the application of drug intervention to explore part of the neuro-endocrine-immune mechanism of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the treatment of alopecia areata provides new objective evidence for the treatment of alopecia areata with traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁和小于60岁，男女均可； 2.符合《中国临床皮肤病学》斑秃诊断标准及《中医诊断学》肝郁脾虚证诊断标准； 3.参照美国斑秃协会指南制定的标准，斑秃严重程度可评估为S2或S3者； 4.能坚持用药和随访并签署知情同意者； 5.3月内未接受过脱发系统治疗、1月内未接受过脱发局部治疗者； 6.无严重肝肾功能障碍及水电解质紊乱者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 60 years, gender: male or female; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of alopecia areata in Chinese Clinical Dermatology and the diagnostic criteria of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type in Chinese Medicine Diagnostics; 3. Severity of alopecia areata can be assessed as S2 or S3 with reference to the criteria established by the American Baldness Association guidelines; 4. Patients that can adhere to the medication and follow-up and sign informed consent; 5. Without systemic treatment for hair loss within 3 months and topical treatment for hair loss within 1 month; 6. Without serious liver or kidney dysfunction and water-electrolyte disorders.

排除标准：

1.严重心、肝、肾疾病及精神病患者； 2.对芍药甘草汤过敏或禁忌症者； 3.近3个月参加过其他临床试验者； 4.研究者认为不适合参加该试验的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases and psychiatric disorders; 2. Allergic or contraindicated to Shaoyao-Gancao Decoction; 3. Participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 4. Any other condition that the investigator considers unsuitable for participation in the trial.
