研究目的：

拟探索棍针拨筋疗法对治疗失眠改善疗效分析。

Objectives of Study：

It is a plan to explore the efficacy of tendon therapy in the treatment of insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①入睡困难：入睡时间超过30分钟； ②睡眠维持困难：包括夜间频繁觉醒，整夜觉醒次数≥2次，以及早醒，即比期望的起床时间醒来早； ③睡眠质量下降：通常表现为睡眠时间减少，少于6小时，或晨醒后无恢复感； ④频率：上述睡眠困难和相关的日间症状至少每周出现3次； ⑤持续时间：症状持续3个月以上； ⑥年龄≥18岁，≦60岁； ⑦系统性住院患者； ⑧意识正常者； ⑨患者及家属同意治疗，自愿参加受试，能配合治疗和观察。

Inclusion criteria

① Difficulty in falling asleep: falling asleep for more than 30 minutes; ② Sleep maintenance difficulties: including frequent awakening at night, 2 times of awakening all night, and early wake up, that is, wake up earlier than the expected wake-up time; ③ Decreased sleep quality: usually as reduced sleep time, less than 6 hours, or no recovery after morning waking; ④ Frequency: The above sleep difficulties and related daytime symptoms should appear at least 3 times per week; ⑤ Duration: the symptoms shall last for more than 3 months; ⑥ Age 18,60; ⑦ Systemic hospitalization of patients; ⑧ Normal consciousness; ⑨ The patient and their families agree to the treatment, voluntarily participate in the test, and can cooperate with the treatment and observation.

排除标准：

①合并有严重心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统疾病及精神病的患者； ②合并有骨折、肿瘤、结核、皮肤病髂骨关节疾病、致密性髂骨炎及相关风湿免疫系统疾病； ③妊娠、哺乳期妇女及过敏体质者； ④治疗局部皮肤有外伤、炎症及感染等。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases and mental illness; ② Combined with fracture, tumor, tuberculosis, skin disease iliac crest joint disease, dense iliopitis and related rheumatic immune system diseases; ③ Pregnancy and lactating women and people with allergies; ④ Treatment of local skin trauma, inflammation and infection.
