研究目的：

（1）构建薰衣草精油穴位按摩在痔病术后疼痛的干预方案。 （2）探讨薰衣草精油穴位按摩在痔病切除术患者术后疼痛的临床疗效，旨在减轻或缓解痔病患者的术后疼痛和焦虑情绪，优化患者康复进程。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Constructing an intervention plan for lavender essential oil acupoint massage in postoperative pain of hemorrhoids. (2) Exploring the clinical efficacy of lavender essential oil acupoint massage in relieving postoperative pain in patients undergoing hemorrhoidectomy with the aim of reducing or alleviating postoperative pain and anxiety and optimizing the patient's recovery process.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合诊断标准的混合痔术后患者，且存在中度以上疼痛(VAS>4分） ②既往无肛门部手术史。 ③手术方式为在椎管内麻醉下行痔切除术治疗。 ④患者年龄在19岁-65岁之间，取得患者知情同意并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① A mixed hemorrhoid postoperative patient who meets the diagnostic criteria and experiences moderate to severe pain (VAS>4 points) ② No previous history of anal surgery. ③ The surgical method is hemorrhoidectomy under spinal anesthesia. ④ The patient is between the ages of 19 and 65 and has obtained informed consent and signed an informed consent form

排除标准：

①皮肤表面存在破溃、感染、红肿。 ②已知对精油中某种成分过敏者或哮喘患者。 ③正在服用或外用影响创面愈合药物或患有结核、糖尿病等其他影响创面恢复的疾病。 ④既往患有严重的心、脑、肺等重要脏器疾病和精神疾病患者 ⑤治疗期间出现其他并发症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① There is ulceration infection and redness on the surface of the skin. ② Known to be allergic to a certain component in essential oils or asthma patients. ③ Being taking or externally using drugs that affect wound healing or suffering from tuberculosis diabetes and other diseases that affect wound recovery. ④ Patients with severe heart brain lung and other important organ diseases and mental illnesses in the past ⑤ Patients who experience other complications during treatment.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用SPSS25.0统计学软件生成并制作随机数字表，将符合纳入标准的105例受试对象随机分为对照组和石蜡油组、精油组。根据随机数字表采用隐藏随机分配方案，该方案将相关随机数字、序列号、组别装入不透光的牛皮信封后予以密封，并在信封上进行编号。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using SPSS25.0 statistical software to generate and create a random number table 105 eligible subjects were randomly divided into a control group a paraffin oil group and an essential oil group. According to the random number table a hidden random allocation scheme is adopted which seals the relevant random numbers serial numbers and groups in opaque cowhide envelopes and numbers them on the envelopes.
