研究目的：

本研究通过观察穴位埋线联合中药代茶饮及配合生活方式干预对高脂血症肥胖患者的临床疗效，为高脂血症肥胖患者的临床治疗提供数据支持。

Objectives of Study：

This study was to observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine tea and lifestyle intervention on obese patients with hyperlipidemia, so as to provide data support for the clinical treatment of obese patients with hyperlipidemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.甘油三酯（TG)>=1.70mmol/L，总胆固醇（TC）>=5.72mmol/L，低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）>=3.40mmol/L，高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）<=1.04mmol/L。且28kg/m^2<=BMI<32 kg/m^2； 2.年龄在18~60岁之间，性别不限； 3.参与本次研究前2个月内，未进行其他减肥措施； 4.受试者阅读并签署知情同意书，自愿加入本课题。

Inclusion criteria

1.Triglyceride (TG) >= 1.70 mmol / L, total cholesterol (TC) >= 5.72 mmol / L, low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) >= 3.40 mmol / L, high density lipoprotein (HDL-C)<= 1.04 mmol / L. And 28 kg / m^2 <= BMI < 32 kg / m^2; 2.The age is between 18 and 60 years old, regardless of gender; 3.During the first two months of the study, no other weight loss measures were taken; 4.The subjects read and signed the informed consent and voluntarily joined the project.

排除标准：

1.凝血功能差合并感染、出血者； 2.皮肤局部有感染者； 3.合并有严重心、肝、肾功能障碍或危重症者； 4.继发性肥胖症如下丘脑病变，或内分泌系统疾病如皮质醇增多症、甲状腺功能低下、胰岛素细胞瘤等； 5.对异体蛋白（如对鱼、虾、蟹等海鲜、鸡蛋）过敏者； 6.治疗局部有皮肤破溃，过敏及瘢痕体质者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with poor coagulation function, infection and bleeding; 2.Patients with local skin infection; 3.Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or critical illness; 4.Secondary obesity includes thalamic lesions, or endocrine system diseases such as hypercortisolism, hypothyroidism, insulinoma, etc.; 5.Allergic to foreign protein (such as fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood, eggs); 6.Treatment of local skin ulceration, allergy and scar constitution.
