研究目的：

本课题运用刺络拔罐疗法治疗妇科恶性肿瘤相关继发性下肢淋巴水肿患者，通过观察治疗前后患者症状缓解情况、患肢周径对比、生活质量评估、卫生经济学指标评价，并通过统计分析总结治疗效果，为中医针灸治疗该病提供合理、有效的理论基础和实验依据，以及卫生经济学评价依据。

Objectives of Study：

This topic uses pricking and cupping therapy to treat patients with gynecological malignant tumor-related secondary lymphedema of the lower extremities. By observing the symptom relief of the patients before and after the treatment, the comparison of the circumference of the affected limb, the quality of life assessment, the evaluation of health economic indicators, and the summary through statistical analysis The treatment effect provides a reasonable and effective theoretical basis and experimental basis for the treatment of the disease by acupuncture and moxibustion in Chinese medicine, as well as a basis for health economics evaluation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）病理证实为妇科恶性肿瘤，并行盆腔淋巴结清扫术或放疗； （2）患者出现下肢肿胀，并符合淋巴水肿分期Ⅰ-Ⅲ期； （3）年龄20-70岁，能够配合完成功能锻炼； （4）患者愿意配合治疗随诊并签署知情同意书； （5）无严重心肝肾功能疾患； （6）患肢无局部破溃。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pathologically proved to be a gynecological malignant tumor, followed by pelvic lymph node dissection or radiotherapy; (2) The patient has swelling of the lower limbs, and is in accordance with the lymphedema staging stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ; (3) 20-70 years old, able to complete functional exercises; (4) The patient is willing to cooperate with the treatment follow-up and sign an informed consent form; (5) No serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; (6) There is no local ulceration of the affected limb.

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准； （2）合并低蛋白血症、肾病综合征、左心衰等严重脏器功能障碍，导致下肢水肿； （3）患肢合并蜂窝织炎、下肢静脉血栓者； （4）无法耐受拔罐、针刺或晕针者； （5）患者下肢皮肤感染破溃。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Does not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Combined with severe organ dysfunction such as hypoalbuminemia, nephrotic syndrome, left heart failure, etc., resulting in lower extremity edema; (3) Patients with affected limbs with cellulitis and venous thrombosis of lower limbs; (4) Those who cannot tolerate cupping, acupuncture or fainting; (5) The skin of the patient's lower extremities is infected and ruptured.
