研究目的：

本研究特色基于为生物-心理-社会医学模式，提出“调神宁心”针刺对女性轻中度压力性尿失禁负面情绪的临床疗效及TGF-β1表达的影响研究。在治疗SUI的基础上，密切关注和干预患者抑郁、焦虑等精神症状，不仅改善SUI患者漏尿症状，血清中TGF-β1的含量，同时改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，从而缩短治疗周期，提高临床疗效及生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the bio-psycho-social medical model, this study proposes a research on the clinical effect of "regulating spirit and calming mind" acupuncture on the negative emotions of female patients with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and its influence on the expression of TGF-β1. In addition to treating SUI, this study closely monitors and intervenes in patients' psychiatric symptoms such as depression and anxiety, aiming to not only improve the symptoms of urine leakage and the content of TGF-β1 in serum among SUI patients, but also alleviate their anxiety and depression, thereby shortening the treatment cycle and enhancing clinical efficacy and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合以上SUI的诊断标准，并且满足疾病程度分级为轻、中度的女性； （2）汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分≥8分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分≥7分； （3）18周岁≤年龄≤65周岁； （4）主观能够接受针灸治疗，并配合完成相关问卷调查； （5）自愿加入本研究，并且签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for SUI and have a mild to moderate degree of the disease; (2) Patients with a Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) score ≥ 8 and a Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) score ≥ 7; (3) Patients aged between 18 and 65 years old; (4) Patients who subjectively accept acupuncture treatment and are willing to complete related questionnaires; (5) Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）既往接受过盆底手术者； （2）合并有病情严重的心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统疾病和认知功能障碍患者，糖尿病、慢性呼吸系统疾病、脊髓病变的患者； （3）泌尿系感染的尿失禁患者； （4）上下楼、跑步等运动不能或受限者以及体内安装心脏起搏器的患者； （5）患有急迫性尿失禁、混合性尿失禁等其它类型的尿失禁和需要外科手术治疗的泌尿系统器质性病变者； （6）常年使用可能影响膀胱功能药物或者一直接受SUI专科治疗的患者； （7）处于妊娠期或哺乳期，对金属产生过敏或严重惧怕针灸治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have undergone pelvic floor surgery in the past; (2) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases, cognitive impairment, diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases, and spinal cord lesions; (3) Patients with urinary incontinence due to urinary tract infections; (4) Patients who are unable or limited in activities such as climbing stairs, running, and those with pacemakers implanted; (5) Patients with other types of urinary incontinence such as urge incontinence, mixed incontinence, and those with organic urinary system lesions requiring surgical treatment; (6) Patients who have been using medications that may affect bladder function for years or have been receiving specialized SUI treatment continuously; (7) Patients who are pregnant or lactating, have allergies to metals, or have severe fear of acupuncture treatment.
