研究目的：

评估电针预处理神庭、百会、四神聪穴改善老年患者POD对血浆中circRNA_089763表达的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture pretreatment at Shenting, Baihui and Sishencong points on POD expression of circRNA_089763 in plasma in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

电针组（EA组）：麻醉诱导开始前行电针处理，穴位：百会穴、神庭穴、四神聪。选用疏密波，电流强度以患者能耐受为宜，连接电针后即可开始常规麻醉操作，30min后停止穴位刺激。百会穴（-）左神聪（+），神庭穴（-）右神聪（+），上神聪（+）下神聪（-）。 对照组（C组）：患者常规麻醉，不进行针刺处理。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Electroacupuncture group (EA group): electroacupuncture treatment before anesthesia induction , acupoints: Baihui point, Shenting point, Sishencong. Density wave and current intensity should be selected according to the patient's tolerance. Conventional anesthesia operation can be started after connecting electroacupuncture, and acupuncture point stimulation should be stopped 30min later. Baihui point (-) left shencong (+), Shenting Point (-) right Shencong (+), Upper Shencong (+) lower Shencong (-). Control group (group C): routine anesthesia, no acupuncture treatment.

纳入标准：

1.在我院行择期非心脏手术全身麻醉患者； 2.年龄65~80岁； 3.美国麻醉医生协会（ASA ）分级 II~III级（见附表1），无严重呼吸、循环、肝、肾、凝血功能异常的患者； 4.预计手术时长>2h， 5.手术分级3-4级； 6.简明智力量表（MMSE） 评分文盲(未受教育)>17 分,小学>20分,中学及其以上>24分。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective non-cardiac surgery in our hospital; 2.Aged 65 to 80 years; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II ~ III (see Table 1), no severe respiratory, circulation, liver, kidney, coagulation function abnormalities; 4.Expected operation duration >2h; 5.Surgery grade 3-4; 6.Concise Intelligence Scale (MMSE) score Illiterate (uneducated)>17, primary school >20, secondary school and above >24.

排除标准：

1.术前合并精神神经系统疾病患者； 2.合并严重的呼吸、循环或其他系统功能障碍患者； 3.术前存在全身急慢性感染患者； 4.依从性低，严重听力、视觉障碍，阅读、理解障碍患者； 5.有心脏起搏器的患者； 6.药物滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative patients with psychiatric and neurological diseases; 2.Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory or other system dysfunction; 3.Patients with systemic acute and chronic infection before surgery; 4.Low compliance, severe hearing, visual impairment, reading, understanding disorders; 5.Patients with pacemakers; 6.History of drug abuse.

利用SAS9.4软件PROC PLAN过程编程产生随机数字，按照试验组：对照组=1:1的比例随机分组，将受试者分配至试验组或对照组。生成随机数字表，将程序产生的随机分组结果打印出来，制订编码。并说明、记录随机数字的产生方法、过程、组别设置及分组结果，以备必要时查对。
