研究目的：

研究滋肾育胎丸在DOR患者中的临床效果。

Objectives of Study：

we aimed to investigate the effect of Zishen Yutai Pills (ZYP) in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) in patients with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄≤40周岁； ②前次IVF周期卵巢低反应，常规方案获卵数≤3个；或者窦卵泡数（AFC）＜5-7个；或者抗苗勒氏管激素（AMH）＜0.5-1.1ug/L，以上三个标准符合一个即可；

Inclusion criteria

1. <=40 years old; 2. woman with any of the risk factors for POR and/or an abnormal ovarian reserve test (i.e., antral follicular count (AFC) <5–7 follicles or AMH <0.5–1.1 ng/ml).

排除标准：

①合并有子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合征等不孕因素； ②合并有心脑血管、肝、肾及造血系统等严重疾病者，精神病患者； ③近半年内接受过激素类药物治疗者； ④对本研究使用药物过敏者； ⑤近三个月服用治疗不孕的相关中药或者中成药的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Endometriosis, Polycystic ovary syndrome; 2. Cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental illness; 3. Received hormone drug therapy within half a year; 4. Allergic to the drug used in this study; 5. Taken other traditional Chinese medicine.
