研究目的：

肺感颗粒是医院中药制剂，本研究旨在评估肺感颗粒联合西医常规治疗改善流感患者短期中医症状的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Fei Gan Granules are a hospital-prepared traditional Chinese medicine. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fei Gan Granules combined with conventional Western medicine in improving short-term traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms in influenza patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-80岁，性别不限；（2）确诊为流行性感冒患者；（3）至少包含发热、咽痛和咳嗽中的2项流感样症状。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-80 years old . gender unlimited; (2) Diagnosed with influenza; (3) Contains at least two influenza-like symptoms from fever sore throat and cough.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重心肺、肝肾等基础疾病；（2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；（3）使用了抗流感作用的其他中成药或汤药；（4）无法配合完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) complicated with serious cardiopulmonary liver and kidney diseases; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Other proprietary Chinese medicine or decoction with anti-influenza effect; (4) Can accept or cannot cooperate with the completion of the interviewer.
