研究目的：

本研究以衰弱老年人、照顾者、社区医护人员为研究对象，以衰弱老年人的饮食为中心，基于衰弱的慢性炎症病理机制；拟结合膳食炎症指数（一种可以计算食物抗炎、促炎作用的计算方法，由国外学者在文献检索和统计学方法的支撑下完成，已应用于多种疾病，主要用于探索抗炎、促炎饮食与疾病之间的关系）构建衰弱老年人膳食方案，为衰弱老年人推荐具有抗炎作用的饮食。本研究首先进行半结构式访谈了解相关内容，后再进行文献检索、专家函询，最后将结果导入小程序。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the frailty elderly, caregivers, and community health care workers were studied. The diet of the frailty elderly was taken as the center and the pathological mechanism of chronic inflammation of frailty was based on. Combining with dietary inflammation index (a kind of food can be calculated and the calculation method of anti-inflammatory and proinflammatory role by foreign scholars in the document retrieval under the support of complete and statistical method, has been applied in a variety of diseases, is mainly used to explore the anti-inflammatory and proinflammatory relationship between diet and disease) build a weak old people dietary plan, recommend have anti-inflammatory effect for weak old people's diets.In this study, semi-structured interviews were first conducted to understand the relevant content, followed by literature retrieval and expert letter consultation, and finally the results were imported into a small program.

纳入标准：

①经衰弱筛查(FRAIL)量表检测为衰弱老年人；②愿意参加本研究者；③无精神疾病、有正常沟通能力者。

Inclusion criteria

①FRAIL old people, on the FRAIL screening scale; ② Willing to participate in the study; ③ No mental illness, have normal communication ability.

排除标准：

①存在严重并发症者；②有特殊饮食要求（如糖尿病、严重高血压等）的老年人。

Exclusion criteria：

① There are serious complications; ② The elderly with special dietary requirements (such as diabetes, severe hypertension, etc.).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为方案构建，包括半结构式访谈、文献检索、专家函询，其中每个访谈持续大约30-40分钟，研究由研究者本人采用面对面的形式进行访谈。在访谈前，访谈对象的基本资料将被收集，包括年龄、性别等。为了保证访谈的自由，访谈提纲将采用半结构式，鼓励访谈对象自由表达内心真实体验。访谈将会被录音，用于后续的分析。收集的资料仅用于科研用途，将进行编号保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study is a scheme construction, including semi-structured interview, literature search and expert letter consultation. Each interview lasts about 30-40 minutes, and the researcher himself conducts face-to-face interviews. Before the interview, the basic information of the interviewees will be collected, including age and gender. In order to ensure the freedom of the interview, the interview outline will adopt semi-structural formula to encourage interviewees to freely express their true inner experience. Interviews will be recorded for subsequent analysis. The data collected will be used for scientific research purposes only and will be kept numbered.
