研究目的：

探索针刺治疗缓和医学中终末期患者疲乏的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

The effectiveness and safety of acupuncture on fatigue symptoms in end-stage patients receiving palliative medicine care.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.患一种以上不可治愈慢性疾病（癌性与非癌性），接受缓和照护或主管医生及另一名副高以上职称医生独立预测生存时间12个月或更少的患者； 2.符合疲乏的诊断标准；在前一个月的2周内，每天或几乎每天都有明显的疲乏或能量减少，并伴有疲乏相关的其他症状；或疲乏导致功能损害； 3.具有基本的语言交流能力； 4.患者及家人知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who have more than one incurable chronic disease (cancerous and non-cancerous) who receive palliative care or a doctor in charge and another doctor with a title of associate professor or above who independently predict survival time of 12 months or less; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of fatigue; in the two weeks of the previous month, there was obvious fatigue or energy loss every or almost every day, accompanied by other symptoms related to fatigue; or fatigue caused functional impairment; 3.Have basic language communication skills; 4.Patients and family members informed consent.

排除标准：

1.精神病患者； 2.主管医生及另一名副高以上职称医生独立预测生存时间少于3月观察期者； 3.同时接受其他多学科干预等研究的患者； 4.畏惧针刺者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with mental illness; 2.The doctor in charge and another doctor with the title of associate professor or above independently predict that the survival time is less than the observation period of 3 months; 3.Patients who receive other multidisciplinary interventions at the same time; 4.Fear of acupuncture.
