探究经皮穴位电刺激对老年患者围胃肠镜检查期低氧发生率、使用安全性、围检查期并发症等方面的影响

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on the incidence of hypoxia, the safety of use, and peri-examination complications in elderly patients during the peri-gastrointestinal endoscopy period

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁； 2.接受无痛胃肠镜检查患者； 3.ASA I-II级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=65 years; 2. Patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I or II.

排除标准：

1.严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全者；2.慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者；3.孕妇及哺乳期患者；4.出凝血功能异常情况者；5.对本研究所使用药物过敏者；6.低血压者(收缩压≤90 mmHg)；7.高血压患者(收缩压≥160 mmHg或舒张压≥100 mmHg)；8.心动过缓者(心率≤50次/分)；9.拒绝签署知情同意书者；10.低氧血症患者(SpO2 <90%)；11.房室传导阻滞患者；12.精神心理疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 2. patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. pregnant and lactating patients; 4. abnormal blood clotting conditions; 5. allergic to drugs used in this study; 6. hypotensive patients (systolic blood pressure ≤ 90 mmHg); 7. hypertensive patients (systolic blood pressure ≥ 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 100 mmHg); 8. bradycardic patients ( Heart rate ≤50 beats/min); 9. Patients who refused to sign the informed consent; 10. Patients with hypoxemia (SpO2 <90%); 11. Patients with atrioventricular block; 12. Patients with psychosomatic diseases.
