研究目的：

1.明确紫河车（胎盘冻干粉）对肾虚型中老年睡眠障碍患者的治疗作用； 2.观察紫河车（胎盘冻干粉）对肾虚型中老年睡眠障碍患者的影响及治疗安全性，为此类患者的临床治疗提供可靠的临床依据； 3.为中老年睡眠障碍患者的治疗提供借鉴和参考。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the therapeutic effect of Zihe Che ( placenta freeze-dried powder ) on sleep disorders in elderly patients with kidney deficiency. 2. To observe the effect and safety of Ziheche ( placental lyophilized powder ) on elderly patients with sleep disorders due to kidney deficiency, and to provide reliable clinical basis for the clinical treatment of such patients. 3. To provide reference for the treatment of elderly patients with sleep disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组：口服紫河车（胎盘冻干粉），每次0.05克,每日1次,一个月为一疗程。对照组：口服安慰剂，每天1次，服用一个月。评分标准采用中医症状积分表，根据《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的睡眠质量评分标准，主要采用匹茨堡(PSQI)睡眠质量指数量表，评定被测者最近一个月的睡眠质量。得分越高，表示睡眠质量越差。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group: oral administration of Ziheche (placenta freeze-dried powder), 0.05 g each time, once a day, one month as a course of treatment. Control group: Oral placebo, once a day, for one month. The scoring standard adopts the TCM symptom score table. According to the sleep quality scoring standard of ''Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines'', the Pittsburgh (PSQI) sleep quality index scale is mainly used to evaluate the sleep quality of the patients in the last month. The higher the score, the worse the sleep quality.

纳入标准：

1.符合西医学诊断标准； 2.符合中医辨证标准属肾虚型； 3.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 2. Those who meet the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation belong to kidney deficiency type; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.其他继发性失眠者； 2.近一个月使用过性激素类药物； 3.精神失眠导致的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other secondary insomnia; 2. The use of sex hormone drugs in the past month; 3. Patients with mental insomnia.
