研究目的：

1、评价芒针深刺治疗中风后呕逆的临床疗效和安全性，形成科学、规范、适于推广应用的针刺治疗方案; 2、针对中风后呕逆的临床实际难题，基于中医康复理念和康复方法，将中风后呕逆的临床疗效提高，以进一步提高中风后呕逆患者的康复治疗水平，为基于芒针深刺中风后呕逆的临床应用治疗提供高质量的实验依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of deep needle acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke vomiting, and form a scientific, standardized, and popular acupuncture treatment plan; 2. Aiming at the clinical practical problem of vomiting after stroke, based on the concept of rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine and rehabilitation methods, the clinical efficacy of vomiting after stroke is improved to further improve the level of rehabilitation of patients with vomiting after stroke. It is based on deep needle acupuncture for stroke.The clinical application of the treatment of posterior vomiting provides high-quality experimental basis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合诊断标准； （2）呃逆频次大于 10 次/天； （3）年龄在 18 岁到 85 岁之间； （4）患者自愿受试，患者或授权直系亲属签署本研究的知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria; (2) The frequency of hiccups is greater than 10 times/day; (3) Between 18 and 85 years old; (4) The patient takes the test voluntarily, and the patient or authorized immediate family members sign the informed consent form for this study

排除标准：

（1）烦躁不能配合针刺治疗者； （2）脑疝形成、昏迷者； （3）不能完成规定治疗方案，或同时使用的其他疗法可影响本研究结果的患者； （4）兼见全身出血性疾病； （5）严重皮肤破损及感染性疾病患者； （6）住院病历资料不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People who are irritable and cannot cooperate with acupuncture treatment; (2) Those with brain herniation or coma; (3) Patients who cannot complete the prescribed treatment plan, or other therapies used at the same time may affect the results of this study; (4) Also see systemic bleeding diseases; (5) Patients with severe skin damage and infectious diseases; (6) Patients with incomplete hospitalized medical records.
