研究目的：

研究电针结合核心肌群锻炼疗法在治疗军人慢性非特异性下腰痛中的疗效与作用机理；进一步探索核心肌群功能状态与慢性下腰痛的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effects of com bination of electric acupuncture (EA ) and core muscular training on non-specific low back pain in the military; further to investigate the association between the flexibility of core muscles with low back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-35岁现役海军官兵； （2）符合慢性下腰痛的临床诊断标准，病程超过3个月； （3）腰骶部CT、X线检查结果无明显异常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Navy officers and men aged 18-35 in active service; 2. Subjects who met the clinical diagnostic criteria of chronic low back pain had a course of more than 3 months; 3. Subjects with no obvious abnormality in lumbosacral CT and X-ray examination.

排除标准：

（1）患严重的心脑血管疾病或其他严重内科疾病； （2）脊柱肿瘤、椎问盘突出、强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节炎；脊柱、骨盆、骶髂关节、膝关节外伤、畸形病史或手术史； （3）试验前一周内接受过下腰痛治疗； （4）治疗期间需参加特殊训练、工作，不能按时接受治疗； （5）个人原因拒绝实验、治疗； （6）参军入伍不足3个月或入伍前发生慢性下腰痛。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other serious medical diseases; 2. Patients with spinal tumor, intervertebral disc herniation, ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis; History of spine, pelvis, sacroiliac joint, knee joint trauma, deformity or surgery; 3. Subjects who had received low back pain treatment within one week before the trial; 4. Subjects who need to participate in special training and work during treatment and can not receive treatment on time; 5. Subjects who refused the experiment or treatment for personal reasons; 6. Subjects with chronic low back pain less than 3 months after joining the army or before joining the army.

采用完全随机区组。使用SPSS软件，以“245753”为种子数，生成80个0-1之间的随机数字，其中每相邻四个随机数字为一个区组，各个区组按随机数字的大小分组，数值由小到大依次分入A、B、C、D组。患者按入组时间排序进入相应的组别。

SPSS software is used to generate 80 random numbers between 0 and 1 with "245753" as the seed number, in which four adjacent random numbers are used as A block group. Each block group is grouped according to the size of the random numbers.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例记录表:根据实验需要内容设计病例记录表，基本信息及量表由受试者当场填写，检查结果由检查医师填写； 2.电子采集和管理系统：数据录入excel工作表中，分析软件采用SPSS25.0（IBM SPSS Statistics, Armonk, NY）。
