研究目的：

本项目立足于电针刺激具有多种途径、多靶点的心肌保护作用，拟将电针应用于经皮冠脉介入术整个手术过程，以减轻手术相关心肌损伤。本项目具体的研究目标包括： 1)评估电针在PCI术中应用的可行性、安全性。 2)探究PCI术中电针应用对手术相关心肌损伤的保护作用。 3)探究术程中电针刺激对手术相关炎症反应的抑制作用。 4)评估手术过程中电针对患者术中疼痛评分的影响。

Objectives of Study：

This project is based on the myocardial protective effects of electroacupuncture stimulation which has multiple pathways and targets. It is planned to apply electroacupuncture to the entire surgical process of percutaneous coronary intervention to reduce surgical related myocardial damage. The specific research objectives of this project include: 1) evaluating the feasibility and safety of using electroacupuncture in PCI surgery. 2) Exploring the protective effect of electroacupuncture application during PCI on surgical related myocardial injury. 3) Explore the inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture stimulation during surgery on surgical related inflammatory responses. 4) Evaluate the impact of electroacupuncture on patients' intraoperative pain scores during the surgical process.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）年龄在35岁-80岁间；2）符合冠心病诊断标准；3）符合冠心病PCI术指征；4）对本研究的内容、风险等知情并同意。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age between 35-80 years old; 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; 3) Complies with the indications for coronary heart disease PCI surgery; 4) Be informed and agree to the content risks etc. of this study.

排除标准：

1）年龄小于35岁或大于80岁；2）术前肌钙蛋白或CK-MB升高者；3）术前合并有感染、使用抗生素、免疫抑制剂等；4）精神异常或局部皮肤异常难以配合针刺治疗的；5）冠脉介入术使用双侧桡动脉途径的；6）术前4周曾行针刺治疗的。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Age under 35 years old or over 80 years old; 2) Preoperative elevated levels of cardiac troponin or CK-MB; 3) Preoperative complications include infection use of antibiotics immunosuppressants etc; 4) Difficulty in cooperating with acupuncture treatment for mental or local skin abnormalities; 5) Coronary intervention using bilateral radial artery approach; 6) Those who underwent acupuncture treatment 4 weeks before surgery.

对研究对象进行随机分组：采用前瞻性的设计方案，遵循随机、对照的原则，选择符合要求的患者120例，由计算机产生随机数字，按1：1比例分配到两组，其中尾数为单数者分配到A组（电针组），尾数为双数者分配到B组（假针刺组）。

Randomization of research subjects: A prospective design scheme was adopted following the principles of randomization and control. 120 eligible patients were selected and randomly assigned to two groups in a 1:1 ratio using computer-generated random numbers. Patients with odd numbers were assigned to Group A (electroacupuncture group) while those with even numbers were assigned to Group B (sham acupuncture group).
