研究目的：

对槐杞黄颗粒治疗儿童原发性免疫性血小板减少症（气阴两虚）的临床疗效及安全性进行评价。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huaiqihuang granules in the treatment of children with primary immune thrombocytopenia (deficiency of Qi and Yin).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究为观察性注册登记研究，不干预患者的治疗用药，不规定具体的试验药物。根据试验目的，收集患者治疗信息（槐杞黄颗粒、ITP相关治疗药物和合并疾病用药）。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study is an observational registration study, with no intervention in the treatment of patients, and no experimental drugs are specified. According to the purpose of the study, the treatment information of patients (Huaiqihuang granules, ITP-related therapeutic drugs and drugs for complicated diseases) was collected.

纳入标准：

1.1月<=年龄<=14岁，性别不限； 2.符合免疫性血小板减少症诊断标准（参照ICD-10标准）：至少两次血常规检测仅血小板小于100×109/L，血细胞形态无异常；皮肤出血点、瘀斑和（或）黏膜、内脏出血等临床表现；一般无脾脏肿大；须排除其他继发性血小板减少症，如低增生性白血病、以血小板减少为首发血液学异常的再生障碍性贫血、遗传性血小板减少症、继发于其他免疫性疾病，以及感染和药物因素等。 3.符合中医气阴两虚的辩证标准； 4.受试者首次诊断为ITP的时间距入组的时间至少1个月； 5.受试者和监护人自愿签署知情同意书（<8岁由监护人自愿签署）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 1 month <= age <= 14 years old, gender is not limited. (2) Conformed to the diagnostic criteria of immune thrombocytopenia (ICD-10 standard) : at least two blood routine tests showed platelets less than 100×109/L and no abnormal blood cell morphology; Skin bleeding spots, petechiae and/or mucosa, visceral bleeding and other clinical manifestations; No splenomegaly in general; Other secondary thrombocytopenia, such as hypoproliferative leukemia, aplastic anemia with thrombocytopenia as the primary hematologic abnormality, hereditary thrombocytopenia, secondary to other immune diseases, and infectious and pharmacological factors, should be excluded. (3) In line with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine; Qi and Yin deficiency. (4) The time between the first diagnosis of ITP and the enrollment time is at least 1 month. (5) Subjects and guardians sign the informed consent form voluntarily (under 8 years old, the guardian signs voluntarily).

排除标准：

1.先天性血小板减少症患儿； 2.继发性血小板减少症患儿； 3.非免疫性血小板减少症患儿； 4.有糖尿病史患儿； 5.研究者认为不适合本研究的情况（患有先天性免疫缺陷病；患有严重的急慢性疾病；严重的感染性疾病病人；长期腹泻喂养困难者；不能口服药物者；药物滥用者，或患有可能干扰研究依从性的疾病）； 6.受试者已加入其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Children with congenital thrombocytopenia; (2) Children with secondary thrombocytopenia; (3) Children with non-immune thrombocytopenia; (4) Children with a history of diabetes; (5) Conditions deemed by the investigator not suitable for this study (congenital immune deficiency, suffer from serious acute or chronic diseases, patients with severe infectious diseases, long-term diarrhea feeding difficulties, those who cannot take drugs orally, drug abusers or suffering from medical conditions that may interfere with study compliance); (6) Subjects have been enrolled in other clinical studies.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study, an Electronic Data Capture System (EDC) was adopted. Data administrators constructed electronic case report form (eCRF) according to the research protocol and case registration form. Data administrators created accounts according to different identities such as researchers, clinical research associates and inspectors, and granted different permissions to access the EDC system.
