研究目的：

多囊卵巢综合征是女性高发的生殖内分泌疾病，患病率在6%到20%之间。腹型肥胖是指脂肪过多积聚于腹部脏器周边，它不仅是PCOS的常见症状，并且是其重要的诱发因素，可增加高雄激素血症危害，加重排卵障碍及代谢异常。文献发现不同电针参数设置对PCOS患者作用机制存在差异，研究报道多采用低频2Hz电针刺激，且低频2Hz在改善激素水平上明显优于高频100Hz，本课题组前期研究发现“通调带脉法”针刺连接电针疏密波2/100 Hz交替对于改善患者月经周期及降低胰岛素、雄激素、黄体生成素水平有良好疗效，为求疗效的进一步提高，拟从排卵频率及血清抗苗勒氏管激素入手，探讨不同电针刺激频率对该病的作用差异，为临床运用电针参数的设定提供证据支持。

Objectives of Study：

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a reproductive endocrine disease with a high incidence of 6 to 20 percent in women.Abdominal obesity refers to excessive accumulation of fat around the abdominal organs. It is not only a common symptom of PCOS, but also an important inducing factor of PCOS. It can increase the harm of hyperandrogenemia, aggravate ovulation disorders and metabolic abnormalities.Including literature found that different parameters in patients with PCOS mechanism is different, with 2 Hz low frequency electroacupuncture, researchers report in improving hormone levels and low frequency of 2 Hz is superior to the high frequency 100 Hz, our previous studies have found that "tong adjustable pulse method" acupuncture including connection density wave 2/100 Hz alternating for improving patient's menstrual cycle and reduce the insulin, androgen, luteinizing hormone levels have good curative effect, in order to further improve the efficacy of the proposed from ovulation frequency and hormone of serum anti miao le's pipe, to study the effect of the different electroacupuncture frequency of the disease,To provide evidence support for setting parameters of clinical use of electroacupuncture.

纳入标准：

① 符合多囊卵巢综合征的诊断标准； ② 符合腹型肥胖诊断标准； ③ 年龄22-40岁； ④ 自愿参加本课题研究并在知情同意书上签字。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of abdominal obesity; 3. Aged 22-40 years; 4. Volunteered to participate in the research and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

① 卵巢肿瘤、垂体腺瘤、子宫内膜结核、人流术后宫腔粘连或内膜损伤等器质性病变及高泌乳素血症、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、库欣综合征、卵巢早衰、中枢性闭经、甲状腺功能异常者； ② 有严重的心、肝、肾病变，血液系统病变或肿瘤等； ③ 近3个月内使用过雌孕激素类药物、调脂药和降糖药； ④ 参加或一个月内参加了其他临床试验的受试者，或正采取其他方法控制体重、腹围等：如手术、药物等； ⑤ 严重视听障碍者或伴有精神异常者；知对金属过敏者及过敏体质者； ⑥ 正处于妊娠或哺育期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ovarian tumor, pituitary adenoma, endometrial tuberculosis, intrauterine adhesion or endometrial injury after abortion, hyperprolactinemia, congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, premature ovarian failure, central amenorrhea, thyroid dysfunction; 2. Have serious heart, liver, kidney disease, blood system lesions or tumors; 3. In recent 3 months, they used estrogen drugs, lipid-regulating drugs and hypoglycemic drugs; 4. Subjects who participated in or within one month in other clinical trials, or who are taking other methods to control their weight and abdominal circumference, such as surgery, drugs, etc.; 5. Severe audio-visual impairment or accompanied by mental disorders;People who are known to be allergic to metals and are allergic to them; 6. Women who are pregnant or nursing.
