研究目的：

1.采用不同厚度生姜隔姜督脉灸（简称督脉灸）治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者，观察其临床疗效的差异性，筛选该病督脉灸操作方案中合适的生姜厚度。 2.观察不同厚度生姜在督脉灸治疗过程中对皮肤刺激的差异性，筛选出该病治疗中安全的生姜厚度。

Objectives of Study：

1. Adopt different thicknesses of ginger to separate ginger and direct-vein moxibustion (referred to as direct-vein moxibustion) to treat patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney-yang deficiency type, observe the difference of clinical efficacy, and screen the appropriate thickness of ginger in the operation plan of direct-vein moxibustion for this disease. 2. Observed the difference of skin irritation caused by different thicknesses of ginger in the process of moxibustion of the governor arteries, and screened out the safe thickness of ginger in the treatment of this disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合强直性脊柱炎西医诊断标准； (2)年龄在18-60岁之间； (3)近1个月内未接受过督灸治疗和皮质激素类药物、免疫抑制剂治疗； (4)患者本人自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。 (5)依从性好,能按规定接受治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of ankylosing spondylitis in Western medicine; (2) Aged between 18 and 60 years; (3) Not receiving supervision and moxibustion treatment, corticosteroid drugs and immunosuppressant treatment in nearly 1 month; (4) Patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent. (5) Good compliance and can accept treatment according to regulations.

排除标准：

(1)妊娠或哺乳期的女性患者； (2)合并有严重的心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全和造血系统等疾病； (3)胸腰椎压缩性骨折、严重骨质疏松症、胸腰椎结核、腰椎椎管狭窄症等； (4)精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating female patients; (2) Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency and hematopoietic system diseases; (3) Thoracolumbar compression fractures, severe osteoporosis, thoracolumbar tuberculosis, lumbar spinal stenosis, etc.; (4) People with mental illness.

本研究采用随机区组设计，将强直性脊柱炎患者按1:1：1的比例随机分为对照组、薄姜督灸组、厚姜督灸组，随机列表将由一名独立统计人员使用SAS 9.1软件以6块大小生成。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

指定2名门诊主治医师负责病例筛选工作，确定入选患者，指导并监督课题组其他成员按照研究设计完成患者标本收集及临床资料收集与整理工作，采用epidata3.0建立录入数据库。数据双录入，即1名研究生负责数据录入，另1名研究生负责二次录入，之后进行录入一致性核查。

Two attending physicians of the outpatient department were assigned to screen the cases, determine the selected patients, instruct and supervise other members of the research group to complete the collection of patient specimens and the collection and arrangement of clinical data according to the study design, and Epidata3.0 was used to establish the input database.Double data entry, that is, one graduate student is responsible for data entry, and another graduate student is responsible for second data entry, and then the consistency of data entry is checked.
