研究目的：

通过随机对照试验，以术后胃肠功能恢复情况为观察指标，研究角针原穴法对胃癌术后胃肠功能的影响，并对其安全性做出评价。

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy of stimulating the yuan-primary points with Angle needle in promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after gastric cancer surgery by randomized controlled trial and to evaluate its safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①2024年12月-2026年4月江苏省中医院普外科、肿瘤外科的住院患者，符合胃癌诊断标准，胃癌分期为Ⅰ-Ⅲ期，拟在全麻下行腹腔镜胃癌根治术或机器人援助腹腔镜胃癌根治术，术前检查无远处器官转移，术前未行放疗者，术前行化疗者，最近一次化疗时间距离入组超过2周； ②经医师评估可耐受全麻手术者； ③75岁≥年龄≥18岁，认知能力正常； ④既往无腹部手术史； ⑤自愿参与本研究，签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①From December 2024 to April 2026, inpatients in the Department of General Surgery and Tumor Surgery of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,met the diagnostic criteria for gastric cancer and the stage of gastric cancer was stage I to III. Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under general anesthesia or robot-assisted laparoscopic radical gastrectomy was proposed. No distant organ metastases were detected before surgery.For patients who received preoperative chemotherapy the last time of chemotherapy was more than 2 weeks before enrollment; ②Evaluated by doctors to tolerate general anesthesia surgery; ③Age ≥ 75 years old ≥18 years old normal cognitive ability; ④ No history of abdominal surgery; ⑤ Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①穴位局部皮肤破溃、感染者； ②有严重心、肝、肾、肺等器官功能障碍者； ③妊娠、哺乳期患者； ④既往有胃瘫等相关严重病史； ⑤目前参加其它临床试验； ⑥过敏体质者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Acupoint local skin rupture infected; ② Patients with severe organ dysfunction such as heart liver kidney and lung; ③ Pregnant and lactating patients; ④ A history of gastroparesis and other related serious diseases; ⑤ Currently participating in other clinical trials; ⑥ Allergic physique.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

按照患者入院顺序进行编号，然后利用SPSS 27.0软件生成随机数，产生NLBP 70例受试者所接受处理的随机数，对随机数从小到大排序。从排序后的随机数中，规定前35个随机数对应的编号为对照组，后35个随机数对应的编号为角针原穴组。

Patients were numbered according to the order of admission, and then SPSS 27.0 software was used to generate random numbers accepted by 70 subjects in NLBP, and random numbers were sorted from smallest to largest. From the sorted random numbers, the first 35 random numbers corresponding to the control group, the last 35 random numbers corresponding to the Angle needle point group.
