研究目的：

妇科恶性肿瘤合并高血压患者，即使血压控制良好，术前也容易发生血压变化，影响围手术期的安全。先前的研究表明，经皮穴位电刺激（tea）可以在麻醉苏醒和拔管期间稳定血压。然而，TEA对术前血压的影响尚未研究。

Objectives of Study：

For gynecological malignant tumor patients with hypertension, even if the blood pressure is well controlled, they are prone to blood pressure changes before operation, which affects the safety of the perioperative period. Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) has been shown to stabilize blood pressure during extubation.However, the effect of teas on preoperative blood pressure has not been studied.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

妇科恶性肿瘤患者和入院前或入院后被诊断为原发性高血压的患者。高血压定义为收缩压（SBP）≥140毫米汞柱和/或舒张压（DBP）≥三天内血压测量值为90 mmHg。美国麻醉师协会（ASA）I-II级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with gynecological malignant tumors and who were diagnosed with essential hypertension before or after hospital admission. Hypertension was defined as systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) ≥90 mmHg in blood pressure measurements on three different days. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II.

排除标准：

继发性高血压患者；用于电刺激的部位的皮肤损伤、皮疹或局部感染，或该部位附近存在金属植入物；植入起搏器、心肺起搏器或除颤器；植入电子胰岛素泵或其他类型的电子植入装置；怀孕或哺乳的妇女；体质指数≥30公斤/平方米；中枢神经系统紊乱或精神疾病；或者在一周内接受过电刺激治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with secondary hypertension; skin damage, rash, or local infection at sites to be used for electrical stimulation or the presence of metal implants near the sites; implantation of pacemakers, cardiopulmonary pacemakers, or defibrillators; implantation of electronic insulin pumps or other types of electronic implanted devices; who were pregnant or lactating; body mass index ≥30 kg/m2; central nervous system disorders or mental illness; or who had been treated with electrical stimulation within a week.
