研究目的：

1.完善形成简单易学有效的运动方案，并在临床上实施、推广和应用。 2.验证手部保健操的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

1. Improve the formation of a simple, easy-to-learn and effective exercise program, and implement, promote and apply it in the clinic. 2. Verify the effectiveness of hand health exercises.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

在正式实施运动计划之前，我们制作了干预步骤的流程图和视频，并分发给干预组。干预组接受术前运动训练并掌握运动方法； 对照组接受术后常规运动咨询，然后进入正式阶段。每位患者都接受了术后常规血液透析护理。为确保患者的依从性，由专人负责监督干预措施的实施，每天通过微信告知两组患者不同的干预措施，并完成每次打卡运动或运动日记。如果患者有任何不适，都会及时与专门的研究人员或主管护士联系。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Prior to the formal implementation of the exercise program, a flowchart and video of the steps of the intervention were developed and distributed to the intervention group. The intervention group received preoperative exercise training and mastery of the exercise regimen; the control group received routine postoperative exercise counseling, and then proceeded to the formal phase. Each patient underwent routine postoperative hemodialysis care. To ensure patient compliance, a dedicated person was responsible for monitoring the implementation of the interventions, informing the two groups of patients of the different interventions via WeChat every day, and completing each punch card exercise or exercise diary. If the patients had any discomfort, they contacted the specialized researcher or the nurse in charge in a timely manner.

纳入标准：

1.诊断为慢性肾衰竭，eGFR＜25ml/（min•1.73m2），并预期 3-6 个月内需要实施血液透析治疗的患者； 2.年龄在18-85岁之间，性别不限； 3.合格的前臂头静脉定义为通常、柔软、可压缩，直径≥2.0m； 4.合格的桡动脉定义为具有足够的血流且无明显钙化直径≥1.5mm[11]； 5.选择非惯用侧上肢前臂桡动脉-头静脉内瘘患者。血管吻合方式为静脉-动脉端侧吻合。 6.签署知情同意书并同意分享信息。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with chronic renal failure with eGFR <25 ml/(min-1.73m2) and expected to require the implementation of haemodialysis treatment within 3-6 months; 2. Age between 18-85 years old and gender; 3.Eligible cephalic veins of the forearm were defined as usual, pliable, compressible, and ≥2.0m in diameter; 4.Eligible radial arteries were defined as having adequate blood flow and no significant calcification ≥1.5 mm in diameter [11]; 5.Patients with radial artery-cephalic vein endovascular fistulae in the forearm of the non-dominant side of the upper limb were selected. The mode of vascular anastomosis was venous-arterial end-side anastomosis. 6.Signed informed consent and agreed to share information.

排除标准：

1.患有肌肉或骨骼疾病（如肌病、类风湿性关节炎）； 2.患有中枢或周围神经系统疾病（如中风和周围神经病变）； 3.合并有严重并发症，如心力衰竭、恶性肿瘤、严重感染； 4.研究期间出现其他并发症无法继续坚持本研究者； 5.研究期间依从性极差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Musculoskeletal or skeletal disorders (e.g., myopathy, rheumatoid arthritis); 2. Diseases of the central or peripheral nervous system (e.g., stroke and peripheral neuropathy); 3. Combination of serious co-morbidities, such as heart failure, malignant neoplasm, and serious infections; 4. Those who developed other complications during the study period that prevented them from continuing to adhere to the study; 5. Patients with very poor adherence during the study period.
