研究目的：

针刺八髎穴对于女性常见疾病（例如月经不调、痛经、多血块、卵巢功能低下等）、泌尿系统疾病（尿频、尿急、尿失禁）、便秘等疾病症状有良好的改善情况。但由于八髎穴解剖位置的特殊性及针刺时要求针体刺入孔中的特殊性，目前临床取穴方法及针刺相关参数尚无统一定论。因此，我科针对这一问题开展了一项“基于CT三维重建探讨八髎穴取穴方法及针刺参数优化方案”的研究。目的在于针刺八髎穴后，借助现代化CT三维重建技术进行针刺效果验证及改进，并得出相关取穴参数、针刺深度、角度等数据，进而探讨出简单易行，成功率高的八髎穴取穴及针刺方法。

Objectives of Study：

Acupuncture at Baqian point has a good improvement on common diseases of women (such as irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, multiple blood mass, poor ovarian function, etc.), urinary system diseases (frequency of urine, urgency of urination, incontinence of urine), constipation and other diseases. However, due to the particularity of the anatomical position of Baqian point and the particularity of needling, there is no unified theory on the clinical method of acupoint taking and relevant parameters of acupuncture. Therefore, our department has carried out a research on "the method of point selection and the optimization of acupuncture parameters based on 3D reconstruction of CT". The purpose is to verify and improve the acupuncture effect by using the modern 3D reconstruction technology of CT after acupuncture at Baqian point, and to obtain the data of relevant point parameters, acupuncture depth and angle, and then to explore the simple and easy point taking and acupuncture method with high success rate.

纳入标准：

年龄18-55岁的女性。

Inclusion criteria

Women aged 18 to 55 years.

排除标准：

1.腰背部疾病或畸形,骨盆损伤或结构异常； 2.近半年内身高、体重有明显变化； 3.严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病,体格发育及活动能力不正常者； 4.恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Low back disease or deformity, pelvic injury or structural abnormality; 2.The height and weight have changed significantly in the past six months; 3.Severe heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases with abnormal physical development and activity; 4.Patients with malignant tumor.
